dude!!! best co main and main event in a LONG. FUCKING. TIME.

Mark Hunt probably looked the best ive ever seen him in all around mma. he survived the ground. survived a couple mounts. had some good offense on the ground himself in Struves guard. and then he toppled the giant in the third round. you could tell it was going to happen. that third became Mark Hunt time. awesome finish from him.

And what is there to say about Silva? he freaking killed Stann. it was some old school sloppy brawling. Silva gets dropped a couple times but busts Stann open in the process. then the finish in the 2nd was just such a nice 1-2 from Silva. that wasnt sloppy brawling that was a nice solid on the button combo. the finish on the ground was just awesome. Silva is a fucking killer and always will be even if hes past his prime.

God last night made me fucking happy to be a fight fan.

Awesome night of fights, PRIDE should have gone 3-0 though as Gomi got robbed blind.

I still haven't watched the event, and I'm Japanese. What gives?

Finally watched some of the fights. Nostalgia overdrive, indeed. I momentarily forgot that I was watching a UFC event in 2013.

haha. glad you got to watch. if you were a fight fan during the PRIDE years, you had to watch this because of what you said about forgetting what the fuck we were watching and when. lol. thats a great feeling.
