At the same shop I found the natural PB, I also came across several bottles of avocado oil.
Anyone know the breakdown of this oil, and is it decent a either a supp, or for cooking? Or is it just and over-priced novelty?

I know Avocado's are a good fat so avodcado oil should be too. I have never seen it here and never used but I found this. http://www.foodreference.com/html/artavocadooil.html

255C smoking point is hot enough for general cooking too isn't it?
I know where I am heading this weekend!

Careful of pan frying that you don't get to smoking point but other than that yeah, it's good ;)
