Just when you thought it was safe to view boxing without a one-dimensional overhyped boxer coming into view. Sorry couldn't resist.

Jeff Lacy once again returns in action against Contender runner-up from season one Peter Manfredo!!

WBO featherweight champ Daniel Ponce De Leon defends aganist Eduardo Escobedo.

Wes Ferguson seeks revenge for the gross ass whooping Edner Cherry gave him.

I gotta admit Dec.8th at the MGM is looking better and better. Oscar is putting together some pretty decent cards lately. Anyone else feel like 2007 was a great year to be a boxing fan?

2007 was a GREAT year for boxing. Bernard Hopkins said it best when he thanked the UFC for forcing boxing to make the best fighters fight. I definitely agree that the strong competition that MMA has given fight fans has forced boxing promoters (such as Arum and DLH) to finally quit their bitchin and start giving the fans what they want.

manfredo will get KO'd and badly. Now hopefully they put Sergio Mora in with a murderous puncher to end his "run" as a name fighter.

I like Left Hook Lacy. And you always have to watch out for that sick RIGHT hand...ironically enough.
