this is the rare "Memorial Figure" they produced in limited numbers after his sudden death.
They originally sold for $150 plus tax, but perfect condition ones these days sell for significantly more.
This one, the figure is in perfect condition and was removed only to photograph. The box has a little damage though.

There is only one site that sells it, http://www.rakuten.co.jp/k-1shop/index.html but they don`t deliver overseas

No problems, but that Hug design is no longer sold by anyone in Japan anyway. His wife hasn@t given them permission to make any more Hug merch.
I can let you know if I find one though.
