Introducing POWER RANKS!
Who is number one in the FirePro world right now? Who is in line for the title?

Power ranks help you sort that out!

Every match is graded, logged, and recorded in the FirePro History book (and at http://kpfl.blogspot.com/

KAKUTOUGI FIREPRO LEAGUE TOP 10
http://mmaniac.files.wordpress.com/2007/08/fedor.jpg

1) Emelianenko Fedor
185 Points: Win Streak 1
Although he dropped two matches in the premiere of Team League, Fedor rose to the occasion and stopped "The Natural" Randy Couture in the biggest fight in MMA and FirePro history! Individual matches are far more important than team league, and this Russian has won the biggest match out there. Still, his position is shakey as there is an army of challengers right behind him!

2) Yoshihiro Takayama
110 Points: Loss Streak 1
Takayama has fought on two UCFC pay-per-views, and has fought as a co-headliner twice. His record might be .500, but his heart is 200%. Despite a tough loss from devastating knees, Takayama is still one of the top contenders in the sport.

3) Aleksandr Karelin
100 points: Win Streak 2
Coming in a solid number three is a dark horse of sorts, Aleksandr Karelin. Although he was quiet and unimpressive, despite a strong finish, against Kanehara in a dark match, The Russian Bear came right out and completely manhandled Royce Gracie on PPV last night. Rumor has it he is BLOODFIST1235's pick to fight in an upcoming tourney.

4) Semmy Schilt and Mirko Cro Cop (TIE)
100 points: Win Streak 1
These two super strikers both have very large victories in two big PPV events, UCFC I and UCFC II respectively. I think a showdown between them is unavoidable and the top 4 spot is most definitly too small for the both of them.

6) Randy Couture
90 points: Win Streak 1
Starting off the lesser half of the Top 10 is Captain of the Church of Xientology, LOS SUPER AMIGOS headliner Randy Couture. Randy lost perhaps the biggest fight of FirePro history to date, but looked strong in his team's ACE MATCH and defeated his rival Barnett. With plenty of fights under contract, and worthy opponents in the top 5, look for Randy to try and rise the ranks!

7) Quinton Rampage Jackson
80 Points: Win Streak 1
This nWo mainstay was absolutely brutal in the way he demolished Don Frye in the last UCFC ppv card. Quinton has all the tools to become a champion someday.

8) Josh Barnett
75 points: Loss Streak 3
Despite not finding himself in the winners circle, Josh Barnett has faced the toughest challenges. Seeking the thrill of the big fight (and the big payday) has proven punishing at times to the captain of Team Flappy, but make no mistake, Barnett is a force to be reckoned with.

9) Bob Sapp
70 Points: Win Streak 1
Although losing his first match in an undercard KO defeat, Bob Sapp has risen to greatness with a slam stoppage victory over Josh Barnett in the UCFC. We expect big things out of Bob, and no pun intended!

10) Chuck Liddell & Royce Gracie (TIE)
55 Points : Win Streak 1
Chuck and Royce are two legends from two different eras. Both have dropped matches in the big show, but have pulled through in the team leagues. They are on the cusp though, of falling into obscurity!

And On the cusp, other fighters who are close to being ranked:
Jerome Le Banner
Matt Hughes
Heath Herring
