The results from the WMC Explosion 2 event I posted about earlier
here (http://forum.kakutougi.info/showthread.php?t=566) are:

WMC Professional fights:
-76.3kg: Jindrich "Tornado" Velecky VS Charoenlap
Charoenlap wins 3-0, a quite interesting but slow paced match. Charoenlap manages to control the fight and to do more damage. Tornado actually took the match on only a couple of days notice since Jiri Zak was unable to appear.

-72.6kg, WMC title fight: Arslan Magomedov VS Jomhod
Jomhod wins by TKO in the second round. After a slow first round (classical feel-out round) Jomhod ends the fight with a beautiful elbow strike to the forehead, cutting Magomedov severely. I would really have liked this match to continue to at least the fourth round, but that was the most well-timed elbow I've seen.

-95kg, WMC title fight: Sergei Gur VS Jörgen Kruth
Jörgen wins 3-0. Jörgen dominates this match and doesn't really give Sergei a chance to do anything. Jörgen actually reminded me of his earlier days when he was a really fast fighter weighing under 80kg. He now seems really comfortable in super heavyweight and I think he gets the opportunity to show his skill much more under MT-rules.

The IFMA Swedish title fights were:

- 57 kg: Alex Kazemi (VBC) W: TKO R 1 VS Jesper Brinker (Malmö Muaythai)

- 60 kg: Danny Jovancic (Helsingborg MT) VS Niklas Karlsson (Fightgym Borås) W: 3-0

- 63,5 kg: Anders Nguyen (Karlstad MT) W: 3-0 VS Martin Katab (Malmö MT)

- 67 kg: Pernilla Johansson (VBC) W: 3-0 VS Lisa Östman (Slagskeppet MT)

- 81 kg: Fredrik Rosenberg (Malmö Muaythai) W: KO R 2 VS Alex Folkesson (Slagskeppet MT)

- 57kg: Maria Bengtsson VS Tereze Lindberg (Malmö MT) W: 3-0

-67 kg: Mattias Karlsson (Kampsport C Trollh) W: 3-0 VS Watchara Sampaorsi (Karlstad MT)

-71 kg: Emir Stromska (Fightgym Borås) VS Osvaldo Palma (sthlm MT) W: 3-0

- 75 kg: Markus Sayed (Malmö MT) VS Frank Hoffstetter (Fightgym Borås) W: 3-0

I know I am a bit late with the results, but I've been really busy.

Jomhod is a wild man. I bet K-1 MAX wants nothing to do with him.

I like Kruth so I am glad he won. But I got to say I love the heart of Gur. He is like 203 pounds yet he competes with the best of them.

Mpt you and me both know that Max doesn't want anyone that can ligitametly beat there hero Masoto so I can beat Jomhod will be on the outside looking in for a while.

"most well-timed elbow I've seen."

I asked Jomhod, that what kind of elbow strike was it, and he was like "I can't remember".

Btw: There might be a very big match for Jomhod in near future, but it's not confirmed yet. So, I can't say more about it.

How about Jomhod Vs. Buakaw? A poster on the K-1 USA forum said this might happen at the next K-1 Scandanavia.

Yeah, Jomhod Vs. Buakaw would be very good match.

Still, I'm not 100 percent sure, but I think that next Jomhod will attent in some kind of tournament in Tampere, Finland.

Ok, Jomhod's next match (in Tampere) is against Youri Boreiko in Fight Festival 14. It's K-1 rules match.

Btw: When is the next K-1 Scandinavia? Is it replaced by this: http://www.k-1.se/events/index.html I think Jomhod will fight in that show...

It's not replaced by that event, that event is K-1 Scandinavia and it's on May 21.

Two of the boys from my gym were there. They did well, although Watchara lost, he outkicked his opponent.
