Who trains at a gym or at home?
Thanks to Body Maker (http://www.bodymaker.jp/shopping/detail.cgi?LOT=NFIBEX) I am now going to be able to train at home everyday, but still will go to the gym for the stuff that I can't do at home.
If you are training at home, what kind of stuff R U doing?

As I said in another thread, I haven`t been to the gym now in over a year (and it shows lol). Blew my shoulder out very badly....
At that time though I was going to AXTOS (sp?? lol).
Last week a new gym opened in the building http://www.city.seto.aichi.jp/organization/tseibi/parti/index.html just 1 minute walk...and it is just 200yen per time. I was rubbing my hands together a the idea of it for months....make my big gym comeback.....onlt to see last Saturday when it opened...the max dumbell weights are 10kg :-(

Mate thats a very pretty gym but as usual in japan they have no frikkin idea about a real gym! I go to the Nakamura ku city gym and it has all the free weights you need! minus the fresh fanned air spesh in summer. They think air con is going to keep all cool. Not us smelly gaijin! You need to get that bench from BM and go to fightingroad.co.jp for Masato's barbell & dumbell set ups!

I have a bench at home, so I do benchpress, dumbell-curls, chins and so on. Basic excersises. Once a week I do some squats at another place.

I go to a place called Petranek Fitness in Santa Monica, CA. The classes taught there follow the Crossfit curriculum.

There's a pretty good gym 15 minutes walk from my house. I'm a member (at a discount rate due to my job) but to my eternal shame have only been once this year. A truly pathetic display. I'm going tonight. Definitely.

This is where I lift weights. Really like the gym. It has no personal trainers because it aint a fitness gym. It is a gym for powerlifters and people that want to compete foremost. Located in a basement (of course).
