View Full Version : Aerts Vs Sapp Rematch- Worth it?

I don't think Sapp could possible do worse in a rematch. I'm mostly disappointed that he didn't come close to his potential (at least 90 seconds or so).

This might sound unpopular, but I'd like to see them try it again, so we can see something resembling a KB match.

I think if Sapp is going to fight again it should be MMA or not at all.

I think , and I feel that I speak for many , Bob should have his retirment fight next , against someone that fucks him up , just to say goodbye nicely !!

lets setup Sapp vs Katsuhiko Nagata. he likes beating up smaller japanese fighters right?

The only way K-1 will allow this rematch to happen is if Bob does it for free.

What makes you say that?
The K-1 has had a lot of rematches after extremely short KO losses: Aerts-Bernardo, Sefo-Karaev, etc.

Listen sweetlips , Bob cost them millions , they would love to see him grobble in his own blood !!!

A rematch doesn't make sence to me. Aerts is Mr K-1, he will always win against Bob.

much better:

Bob against Hari. They're both well known in Japan, thery're both the "bad guys". The crowd would love it. (perhaps me too ;) )

I'd never have expected this from you. What sense does a re-match has?
Nothing, Sapp screwed up for the 999th time. Enough is enough.

Or he can just finally fuck off and not come back.

Sapp has made it very clear that he has no intention to fight and put his heart in it so I say NO!

I have no love for Sapp. I do recognize that he has name value that a lot of K-1 fighters need. Beating Sapp is a good step.

I would be surprised if Sawayashiki didn't get a shot a some point. He looks to be the next JPN ace.

Bob sapp is simply not a fighter...soon as he gets rouged up a lil he mentally breaks...simple as that

The only way I would want to see Sapp back is if it's a money on a pole match, where he has to fight in the ring to retrieve his money hanging from the rafters. That might motivate him.

A fight in Japan where Sapp bull rushes, pushes Aerts down, Kakuda jumps in between, back kicks Sapp off (edit: flying back kick or side kick would be great), waives his hands and declares a TKO.
