I don't envy her, being too smart makes live difficult I think. Lol @ the comments to the article, all the parents saying THEIR kids are at least 10 times smarter than the girl.

( o Y o ) why the fuck would you read anything in the Daily Mail? Fascist bullshit for women piece of shit that it is.

And while this child is clearly smarter than me I reckon I could kick her ass! Oh yeah, thats right, I'm calling her OUT!!!

I believe ya man. I know a couple whose 4 yr old kid could read 5000 chinese characters, do high school math and had a WICKED sense of logic (Fielding style) etc. Probably had a towering IQ but the amount of expectations and pressure that they put on her...it would drive an adult insane.

"Ruined my childhood" is a bit darker and more dramatic than real life, especially since I'm quite happy where I'm at. But you hit the nail right on the head. In the space of a day I went from average little kid to great white hope of my family. Grades became paramount and when I decided I no longer cared shit got real tense. I was pretty much grounded from 5th grade until I graduated high school. Had they just let me be I'd probably be some soft doughy nerd in a white collar big money job. Like my little brother who didn't land such a fat IQ score. However, I find that the role of black sheep suits me real well in this family.
