There are the 4 GP champs, the two weight class champs, and two invites that get in through fan/media selection.

From commercial point of view I think it's fantastic the eliminations are held in other countries. It's always a great event and this way it can be a very good promotion for K-1. The finals still in Tokyo were it belongs. Great strategy, is Ishii back from jail or something?

No...the second should read July 29 but it was too late at night to fix it when I noticed. :-o

I find it suspicous they don`t have a show there when they are all ready set up with contacts etc there now.

Well, can be interesting, it all depends on who will actually be participating... System itself is less important.

Las Vegas does represent a big potential market, but I don't think it's done as well as they had hoped. I wouldn't be surprised if Hong Kong or Macau turn out to be better venues for K-1.

Nope....Hawaii is still on.

Rumors are of TWO Vegas shows this year....neither being HERO's.
