Since he is inconsistent and has been down on his luck, yet seems to be one of the five most skilled fighters at that weight, I have to take Overeem.
Shogun should win and win by KO, but Overeem usually comes back in a fury after a loss.

Alistair is the most dangerous MW/LHW in the frist 5 mins. but shogun in tuff i want alistair to win but i think that shogun will survive and win like last time.

Shogun hasn't looked as good after coming off his injury, he basically dealt with Overeem because Overeem gassed, and Overeem has looked more consistent. Overeem's also coming off some injuries though, so that might take things back to Shogun's favour. Interesting matchup.

Can't wait for this matchup. Shogun had a very tough fight with Nakamura and Shogun is probably little bit tired but steel I think Shogun is gonna win this one. Shogun will looking for a clinch but IMO Overeem is better in the clinch,we saw in their first fight that Overeem was taking down Shogun several times (till he gassed out). Very tough fight,rounds are 5 min. and that's better for Overeem.
Shogun by decision (I hope).

Although Overeem has height and weight advantage,
Shogun has all the skillz to overcome anything Overeem brings to the ring.
Shogun, hands down. I'm sorry for making a safe bet.

Overeem may technically be better from the clinch but only if his neck is fixed. I don't think it was coincidental timing that Alistair's corner threw in the towel the instant that Rogerio achieved the clinch with both hands in their fight.
I pick Shogun.
