His facial expression rarely changes as he stalks his foes, right leg forward in a southpaw stance, left hand cocked for a fast and straight punch that can either knock you out or stun you long enough for his true weapon to be unleashed – the one that you know is eventually coming.

And when that left kick comes, like a Roger Clemens fastball – high, hard, and designed to rattle you – you can do one of a number of things. You can try to run away, but it’s usually too late for that. You can duck, though the size of his leg is never more evident than when the bottom of his calf is destroying your equilibrium by clipping the top of your head. You can try to block it, but that can result in knocking yourself out from the force of the blow.

Me too, but I don't expect KO by LHK, but via strikes.

Ofc there might be a kick or two to Sanchez ribs aswell...

Mirko has been really quiet last month or two. Some sporadic info came from his camp, but nothing concrete. Fortunal said that Mirko is very excited about his UFC debut, and that Mirko wonders how will it feel like to fight in the octagon.

Last night Mirko gave an interview for Nova TV, and he seems to be in contact with some representatives from Cro community in USA, and it looks to me like he is really excited about performing for new fans (both US fans and Croats living in US).
He also claims that he is taking Sanchez seriouslly.

I didn't see the whole interview, but he said nothing about injuries so I guess he is healthy and ready. Some 15-20 days ago Fortunal said that Mirko couldn't train due to sickness, but that was only temporary.

I also know that Mirko opened his own caffe sometime during january and that would be just about everything about Mirko in last two months.

Which obviously means bad news for Sanchez. If Mirko comes into this fight focused (learning from Randleman 1) theres not even a snowballs chance in hell Sanches will get even close to tag Mirko. Whatever happens - it will be entertaining and the UFC needs some highlight reels. Probably the most onesided match of the year.

Yes it is, but at the moment I cannot find a windows machine with normal internet connection. I am stuck either to Unix workstation that has some old Netscape browser and cannot show videos or Windows PC that only has a dial-up connection.

Real shitty position to be in...

I just can't get my Unix Admin to install Gnome on my Workstation. That would solve all my computer problems.
God damn company security policy !!!! :banghead:

Thanks, but its not that simple. Thing is we are using Solaris 8, and some big boss (read: moron) IN Sweden decided we should switch to newer OS version, and stupid fuck that he is he choose Solaris 9.

That means we are stuck with CDE, and even Sun recently gave up on their CDE bullshit and decided to go with Gnome as their desktop environment of preference.

So, the funny thing is, most of the in-house company tools don't work with CDE9 and they need to be rewritten/recompiled. But instead of skipping one generation and going to Gnome directly IDIOTS are wasting time with Solaris9 and CDE.

Tnaks for your offer anyway.

BTW, yeah Mirko in the UFC kicks ass.... :)
