problems logging in

each time I log in, the screen says "thank you RedHawk for logging in"

Then it goes back to the log in screen and says I'm not logged in.


Then, if I go back out onto the main page, it says I'm logged in.


Also, if I try to quote someone, it says I'm not logged in.

Just thought I'd bring it to the admin's attention.

I`ve never heard of anything like that, but thanks for the heads up.

As any ideas I have would make no sense at all, I`ll leave this for Titan to get to when he has a chance.

I haven't changed anything in like, forever. Same browser and comp, name and password.

also, the problem seems to be limited to the MMA forum.


when I click on a thread and scroll down to the bottom, there is no "quick reply" screen. and even after being logged in, I still cant reply to anything in the mma forum.

"Quick Reply" is not visible when not logged in. It should be visible when logged in. RedHawk supplied me with his login-information, and from testing in both Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox, I've been unable to reproduce the reported behavior. I've had during a period of time at the office on some other sites problems with my login-session being maintained between pages, so I've suggested that RedHawk first upgrades his browsers, tries it with Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox, and if the problem still occurs with both browsers, he contacts his Network Administrator, or Internet Service Provider, reporting the problem that sessions are lost between pages. And, if there's anything they suggest we can do to help improve his browsing experience on our site, we should generally be able to implement the suggestion.

I've tried everything on my end and am still having the same problems. This is the only MMA/k-1 forum that I post at. In my opinion it's the only one worth posting at. I've been a pretty active member here and I must say it sucks to be confined to lurker status.


I'm almost forced to register and post elsewhere. :(

I just went to the MMA forum and was able to reply to all threads. With the exception of the monster in the hospital thread. When I clicked on the monster thread, the upper right hand corner had the 2 login boxes (empty)

All of the other threads had my user name in bold. (as it is supposed to do when you are logged in)


I came back here to post this info, and although I am able to add a quick reply and I am still logged in, I cannot see my post from just a few mins ago.

weird mate....and annoying as hell I bet. Once again I have to leave this to Titan though as I don`t even have a single idea as to what can be done :-O
