id love mark hunt to get a crack at fedor on nye and maybe a re-match between nog and barnett? wouldnt mind seeing crocop against nog or hunt either.

i dont see how fujita could be matched with anyone off that list, he is way out of his depth with all of those heavyweights and most of the middleweights, lol. hopefully we'll see a comedy re-match with silva :)

i really hope yoshida isnt fed live to fedor as well, it just seems so unnecessary to me.

also, do u know what weight hendo is likely to fight at?

no idea on Hendo, but they might try and force him into a title defense with Misaki

I expect Yoshida will be fighting either Crocop or Fedor.

I would like:

Mark Hunt vs Fujita
Crocop vs Nogueira
Fedor vs Barnett, title fight
Shogun vs Coleman
Silva vs Yoshida, title fight
Hendo vs Misaki, title fight
Gomi vs Hansen, non title fight

Please Pride can I have this card?! ;)

they can pretty much put any of those guys against eachother and have a great card.

I'd like to see Zulu vs Fujita. :)

and NO Cro Cop on NYE. We dont need any unsuspected injuries delaying the title fight in Feb.

What's with the non-title fights?

ok Barnett deserves a shot since he was second after Mirko in the last gp.

Hansen should have a recent win in pride before he gets a title shot, and Gomi just defended his title.

Fujita fought pretty well against Silva. I think if you put Fujita in there with someone like Werum or even Alecks, he'll come out on top.

But realistically I can see Fujita fighting Barnett whilstYoshida gets paired up with Fedor. I'm pretty happy with that too.

No he didn't. He fought valiantly....but not well. At this point Fujita has become more or less a brawler. And no matter how much of a chin one has, unless he gets lucky, being 'tough' simply isn't going to be enough' when it comes to defeating any of the top HW's out there.

According to news from CC camp, Mirko is fighting on NYE.
And don't expect title fight in feb.

Does that mean an "easy" fight at NYE and the title fight much later next year or that the title fight might be on for NYE?

I presume you mean the first alternative...

If nothing has changed mirko has stated before he will have an easy NYE fight.

Yessss, then we need to add at least one "can" to the list...;)

Sorry for not being clear about it.
Yes, I meant that he will KO some smaller japanese fighter on NYE (from what I understand the goal is NOT to use LHK in this fight).

And the second US show in feb is simply not a realistic date for a title fight.
