Hung out with Royce Gracie

John Crouch through a seminar with Royce Gracie the other day so I decided to slide in. Held at Delgado's boxing gym. Royce has some nice escapes for the oma platta and a nice leg lock he demonstrated among other things. Thanks John for letting us into the closed seminar.

Way relaxed. Very cool peeps. He would always ask the participants... "Talk to me guys" Just to see if they had any questions or wanted to know about something or.... etc... Just laxed. I did feel a little above putting the pic on the site lol
