Heath's knees are usually thrown from the ground. I don't believe knees to a downed opponent will be allowed.

I think it's a good fight. I expect Heath to win it and would be surprised if Rizzo can make it a competitive match.

Looks like a good event. I won't throw down $40 just yet but it's shaping up nicely.

Same opinion here, no knee in 69 position.....so maybe a real WAR!

It never cease to amaze me how long Herring has been able to avoid the UFC. He is what the UFC desperately needs right now: a legit HW-contender.

only problem with that statement is that the only place he could be a HW contender in the big shows IS the UFC. and i still wouldnt see him winning any title. Heath is immensly overrated.

Arlovksi/Herring would be the most exciting fight the UFC HW-division has seen in years. Sadly that tells more about the division than about the match-up, but still, I would rank him high in the UFC, even beating Andrei for the contender spot and then Sylvia for the belt.

wow. dont see him getting past arlovski or sylvia at all. whats he done lately to warrent that? heath not only hasnt been fighting much, but was on a decline when he was, and looked in not so good shape in his last outing. i dunno about heath man...
