We're going to upgrade software next week. We're expecting the site to go offline on October the 3rd. Upgrades are estimated by the technician to take 1-2 days, and we hope to be back online after that. :-)
But, if you ask me, I'd lean towards it taking 2-3 days before we're back online. This is because everyone involved is in a different timezone, and it's my understanding that we will have some work to do on the system after the software-upgrade, and we won't know how much work that is until we get started.
Once all is completed, we hope that it'll be better! Maybe? We'll see next week!
