Both of these great match ups ended unfortunately due to injury.

My question is would you prefer to see them go at it again in rematches, or head off to fight other guys?

I think Naka will want Hendo again. Hendo I don`t think will mind either way....he`ll fight whoever is there. Hendo vs Rampage, or vs Arona would be sweet.

Josh now has something to prove against Mirko, but, Mirko has again done what was asked of him to set up a Nog or Fedor fight, so while he immediately offered a rematch, I assume that will be one that doesn`t get in the way of the title shot.

And who doesn`t want to see the rematch between Silva and Mirko on NYE if that was to be pulled off??

Didn't Naka get his shoulder fucked because of a knee throwed by Dan? Josh just got hurt, I don't know why so yeah Mirko vs Josh is a fight I wanna see again, but right know I think Dan should either fight Wand for the title (im serious, why not), or Yuki Kondo. If Dan wouldn't fight Kondo, Rampage could. I wanna see Arona vs Overeem for the nr. 1 contender.
I still see Rampage as nr. 1 contender, but he got beat and need to work his way up for another titleshot.

Don't know how Nakamura hurt his shoulder but even if it was as a result of something Henderson did, I'd still like to see a rematch. To me that fight had as much interest as anything on the show besides Cro Cop-Barnett. I'm a huge fan of Henderson but thought Nakamura could give him some real problems. It's not often Henderson faces an accomplished grappler with similar reserves of aggression to himself.

Since both fights are 'unfinished business' I'd love to see rematches. As long as they aren't rushed into before the injured parties have enough time to heal.

I'd like to see both of these in a rematch for sure! Hendo looked awesome though, in a rematch I would pikc him by KO/TKO in the 1st, Mirko vs Barnett I am not so sure

Andy, not sure on what caused Naka`s injury but the initial thoughts of the commentators was he did it with the takedown/suplex as he landed on an angle on that side of his body.

I must say, I really want to see Hendo vs Naka again. I also think Mirko vs. Josh II is a far more interestin match than the Mirko vs Hunt currently being proposed.

I'm not really interested in Hendo vs. Naka again - maybe for some the ending was questionable, although, I think along with some others on this thread that unlike the Barnett situation, Naka's injury was actually caused by Dan.

I would rather see Dan move on to fight Wanderlei, or if not him, Rampage. Dan will fight anybody they put in front of him, he doesn't back down from dangerous opponents and never has...

I think the best matchup for Henderson right now would be Rogerio Nogueira or Quinton Jackson.

RG, do you know what the situation wih Hendo's contract is right now? I had read several times that he had 2 fights left on it, and that it'd end in November. Obviously a second will be impossible by the end of this month so what happens? New, lengthy contract hopefully!

Any word from Henderson on what's in store for him next and his impressions of the fight?

I know he still has one fight left, but I think they must have extended the terms, since he doesn't have another scheduled fight yet...I haven't talked to him since before this fight, but I think he's wanting to fight again as soon as they set up a match for him...

Minotoro vs Hendo for the contender spot - they both deserve it.
I'd like to see a Naka rematch as well.
And Barnett - CC II has to happen.

Lil Nog is one that completely slipped my mind as another great match up for Hendo.

He doesn't really get the hype or so it seems (maybe bc he isn't the most exciting out there) but he is rock solid.
I would even go as far and say he has a better MMA skillset than his big brother. At least his stand up looks more diverse than Minotauro's.
The knees he was throwing vs Naka were pretty good.
