You know, I'm ashamed and afraid to write what I'm eating right now. LOL. It's something like: "Uh, I fry some chicken or turkey in olive oil ... every day ... some lettuce every other day with it ... protein shakes with flaxseed oil ... vitamin and mineral supplements." LMAO. I'm like a robot. Just shove in whatever I think gives energy, nevermind what it tastes like. I drink only water and I'm anti-carbs. Though I've had a sugarcraving recently from since I stayed at hotel and ate a little too much chocolate. My energy levels are fine, though, and I can spar all the rounds I need and I go walking 1-2 hours every other day. I'm not following my DIET, however. :-)

Oh damned.....

My current diet reflects my current training plan.

Nonexistant.

I actually have a new gym opening 25meters from my house in three weeks, so plan to kick myself in the ass then. Yeah yeah, I know....always tomorrow.

Currently..Morning = Bagel, toasted with a protein shake and some fish caps. Couple of anti's and some VC.

Lunch, usually a bagel with tuma or cream cheese (I pretty much eat on the go so it needs to be portable)

Dinner = usually chicken cooked in one of several ways. Banbanji (boiled with sesame seed sauce) is a persona fav. lol Also lots of broc, sweet potato, kidney beans etc...

Evening snack = usually 2 tall glasses of bourbon. On the rocks or with diet pepsei

OMG.....typing that out has shown me how bad it is. Perhaps I'd best start getting this worked out before the gym opens. lol

Morning:Oat porridge, non-flavored yogurt, one boiled egg, cottage cheese, a healthy amount of vegetables, one fruit. Maybe a sandwich too. This is what I usually eat for breakfast.
Lunch:Whatever they serve at school, I like the food there.
Dinner:Common food, lots of cottage cheese.
After training:Protein shake, candy:)
Before going to bed: One fried egg, cottage cheese, vegetables, one vitamin pill.
I eat junk food maybe once/week. Used to eat it way too often before, I`m almost certain that watching Supersize me affected me subconciously:) Compared to how 99% of other people my age eat, I`m a saint.

Consider it stuck.

I`ll take a look at why you couldn`t sticky it as soon as I get back from work too!!

morning: nothing at all. I usually get up too late and have to run after my train!

lunch: anything. I'm hungry now! lol
We usually go in a restaurant with the office team downstreet.
Usually japanese (sashimi, yakitori), french (big salads + fries), or big sandwiches. sometimes pizza.

dinner: I arrive late and tired so nothing cooked, I usually make my favorite wierd snack: different pieces of french cheese and some red wine, with krisprolls bread.

not too healthy : )

for breakfast: oatmeal with grinded linseed, two boiled eggs, one orange and a glass of low-fat milk.

after that it's all downhill health-wise as I generally eat lunch in a restuarant or some kind of diner. I try to eat a fruit or something as a snack between meals. Dinner is usually something that's fast to cook and with two-three glass of wine for good measure.

edit: I just wanted to add that I think it's important to not get to anal about what you eat. sure if you aspire to be a professional athlete the diet becomes very important but if your goal is only to stay in a reasonable shape and not die young in some cardiovascular disease you have to find a balance between what's healhty and what you actually enjoy to eat. If you enjoy food intensely and eating out is an important part in your life I don't think a strict diet is very wise for your mental health

To start, I eat 3 times a day (morning - noon - evening). In the morning, I mostly eat cereals (alot) with 1/2 liter milk. Then I go to school, where I eat all kind of stuff, from sandwiches to french fries with meat, depends what day it is. When I get home, always soup and a proper meal with vegetables. During the day, I don't drink alot, maybe 1 liter water. Unhealty huh :p

hmmm here's my diet, i completely changed my diet from last year, where I lost about 8kgs, down to 99kg. But now on my new diet for the last few months, i've put ON 5kg's... mostly muscle I'm told but here goes.

Breakfeast - bowel of whole grain cereal, milk, glass of O.J.

Recess - Tub of watermelon cut up, piece of fruit (usually a pair, apple, or mandarin), fruit juice, and maybe a cookie.

Lunch - same as the above.

Afternoon when I'm home - 4 pieces of toast, with spreads, some peanut butter cause it gives a bit of energy later when I need it. Glass of Milk

Dinner - a plate of veggies, usually consisting of raw beans, brocolli, carrots, capsicun. and a plate of meats, with usually a baked spud. Glass of coke to spice it up.

After dinner before sleep, a protein shake, consisting of bananas, strawberrys, a drop of honey, some other stuff which is strictly for my diet.

If you take this diet, you'll have NO energy for quiet some time, I was fuked the first week, I had no energy, but I'm in way better condition now I've changed my eating habits.

I also drink on average 2-3 litres of water a day.

Normally I don't eat in the morning, but start at 10 with a sandwich. At noon another 2 sandwiches and a soup and in the evening I cook a warm meal, preferably pasta or rice with some veggies.
Unfortunately, I love chocolate and sweets and eat a lot of this stuff over the day.

You're stuffing yourself with lots of carbs like bread, pasta, rice, chocolate, sweets and no protein. Hope you work out much! I think your bloodsugar-level go up and down and that's why you eat sweets all day. Catch 22 cause the sweets keep spinning that wheel.
