He did a public signing thing yesterday (I think Sakuraba is today or tomorrow) at the K-1 Station in Roppongi. Check out the middle picture on page 2.

I still remember his first fight against Hoost, he looked like he weighed 180 pounds in that fight. It'll be fun to see how he does this year, I really want to see him against Le Banner in the 1st round if they both make it.

He needs it to catch up with the very fast and light Leko.

If they fight each other in the first round, neither of them will be winning the title then, because they would both inflict big damage on each other.
For the fans it is a great match up though.

Considering the potential talent that could be in this GP any of the 1st round fights could result in that.

He looks good. He is obviously taking Leko seriously. It is pretty convenient that he can fight at the FE and the GP at two different weights if he likes.

I remember that too....and thinking he had been brought in as a can for Hoost to beat on. Then Ray landed his first lowkick of the fight with a whack that echo'd though the place and I began to pay attention to him. lol

Wow he is looking a lot slimmer than usual.
Perhaps Leko is increasing his weight ;)

He lost some weight, but the cut of his shirt makes him look even lighter I think.

not only that i think either him or the old grandmaster Aerts will be the Champ this year.

This is what most predicted last year, but unfortunetly Aerts got injured by Jerome mule kick and Semmy was a machine that night... Let's see, Sefo really deserves this, but in K1 winning the GP rarely has to do with deserving, you have to be so freaking inspired, and hope the ring god is in your side...
