Georges St. Pierre should know by Wednesday evening if his showdown with UFC welterweight champion Matt Hughes is still on, the Canadian's manager told Sherdog.com Saturday.
St. Pierre pulled his groin on August 3 and has been limited in training for September 23's title fight, a bout marking his second shot at Hughes' belt.
The rest is here. (http://www.sherdog.com/news/news.asp?n_id=5349)

LOL no offence but you make it sound like it's just-came-in breaking news that he's injured. But the actual news is that he might still be able to fight.
In my opinion Penn vs Hughes wouldn't be bad either. I mean the GSP match was like a comeback match for Penn. He might do even better in his next UFC match...

If GSP can't fight, it would really damage the card. They could possibly save it by putting BJ in there. If diego was fresh, I'd say give him a shot. People would tune in to watch that fight.
