I was wondering what the rules will be for PRIDE USA show.

Obviously, no knees, kicks or stomps when opponent is down. Anything else?

No doubt the infamous judges from K-1 and UFC will be there fucking stuff up too! Hence, a 10 point must???

Yep, one thing is for sure, it will not be as exciting as the show in Japan. At least, that's what I'm thinking with a show with Shogun and others.

Shogun without soccerkicks and stomps...

Not sure if they will have elbows either. But I dont think they have to use the 10 point thing, if they have to they can just give 29-28 or something to the winner but still go after the old criteria and judge the whole fight. But that could be hard if they cant use their own judges.

What about ear biting? Will this be allowed?

if its in Las Vegas they will have to use NSAC rules.

they absolutly will not use their own judges, and as Ian says above, will be using NSAC current set of MMA rules, which means NSAC judging. ring, gi attire, and 10-5-5 rounds approved in cali, but not nevada.

Is cali a 10 point system?

yeah they use a 10 pt system. i wonder about alternative judging though. msia was saying they got some pretty nifty rule changes in there. perhaps something with the judging as well since it would be kinda hard to score 10 pt must on 10-5-5.

Seems Coleman said on Beatdown Pride wont use elbows. So no elbows, knees, stomps or soccer kicks.

I wonder if it's the 10-5-5 rounds.

All rounds must have the same length in Nevada.
