Your last fight against Josh Haynes, how did that go for you?

Obviously, I was pleased with the end result, I won it - I feel happy about that, but I was a little disappointed that I didnft finish the fight quicker. I made one or two mistakes, like, when I dropped him with that first knee, I thought he was out cold, so I stood back a bit and thought eWasnft that greatf, you know. If I had pounced on him then, I could have finished the fight therec a little mistake that I made.

I kept trying to transition from the rear naked choke to an armbar and I never got it. So Ifm a little bit annoyed with that, because I made one or two mistakes, technically, doing thatc on the whole the fight was alrightc I injured my knee, tore a ligament in my leg, the posterior cruciate ligament, only a partial tear. For the last two weeks in training I couldnft do the sprints and the running, I couldnft do anything really, just resting and light technique. I couldnft walk for 3 days when I first did it.

Bisping will be great one day.

He already has incredible talent and kind of reminds me of a young Wanderlei.

i dunno whether he's got the fighting spirit of wanderlei but i think he's definately got potential to be a great ufc fighter. he's so down to earth as well, you gotta love bisping.

he's just your typical english lad, he seems completly immune from his own hype. i cant wait for the ufc to come back to britain so i can see him in action live.

What I meant by "Young Wanderlei" is just the way he fights... LOTS of killer instinct.

I'm not talking about the Wanderlei that beat Sakuraba as much as the Wanderlei who pummeled Matsui and Malenko.

Yeah, I agree, although he's more well rounded. He did make the same mistake that Wanderlei sometimes did of thinking he'd won and admiring his work instead of keeping going.
