Dream Stage Entertainment has announced the first ten official fighters to take compete at their North American debut.

PRIDE's parent company have announced that their October 21st The Real Deal card from Las Vegas, Nevada will feature a wide array of the company's top talent, including many of their prominent American fighters. International fighters scheduled for competition are PRIDE heavyweight champion Fedor Emelianenko, Mauricio "Shogun" Rua, Mirko "CroCop" Filipovic, Kazuyuki Fujita, Kazuhiro Nakamura, and Pawel Nastula.

lets see how many of them are signed for a fight by the time the event gets here. im always skeptable (sp?) when DSE announces names for an event. especially Fedor Emelianenko.

They have been marketing this around where I live in California.
What area do you live in? They might have just not been marketing there yet.

Josh Barnett needs to get a new license from the NSAC. Not easy after what went down with his suspension a few years ago.

Josh Barnett needs to get a new license from the NSAC. Not easy after what went down with his suspension a few years ago.

I think he just has to re-test and not have drugs in him.

Technically I think he does but there was so much bitterness over his ban and the way he and most particularly Matt Hume dealt with things that I wouldn't be surprised if a few 'unforseen' obstacles cropped up.
