Here's a list of their fighters:

I have an impression that they train often separately and sometimes gets together. How do they function as a team? Is there several club branches? Is being part of the RDSC mean that you're under their management, but you often train separately? I've seen the Fedor training clip, and I didn't see too much of the RDSC. Can anyone give a better idea of this team's training regiment?

From Wikipedia:

Fedor's training in paticular:
Fedor's team consists of coach Voronov (grappling), coach Michkov (boxing), coach Ruslan Nagnibida (Muay Thai), and his training partners: his brother, Aleksander Emelianenko, and Roman Zentsov.

His strength training consists of daily pull-ups, push ups on parallel bars, and crunches. Emelianenko also runs 12-15 kilometers (7.5 - 9.3 miles) every day. Fedor is a proponent of high altitude training, and he travels to Kislovodsk, Russia with his team once or twice a year to train in high altitude.

I did read that :) That's a start. But I don't see the bigger picture of the "team". I've seen Fedor training, with Roman, Alex. And running with a bunch of other guys. I've also heard Fedor lives in the countryside, while the RDSC is centered in St Petersburg? How do they function as a team? The RDSC seem to partly operate like the Golden Glory team, and sometimes they seem closer like the BTT (with their version of division). They don't feel as close as the Chute Boxe Academy. I guess the question is, does the RDSC function similarly to the GG (with wide division) or to the BTT (with medium division)? And what's the main group of division? Just Fedor on the side, and everyone else training together in StPetersburg?

I know what you are asking, but like...the best way we could get the answer is to ask one of their members.

(Or look through old pride interviews with each of the fighters individually to see what they have to say)

RDSC famous names:
---
Andrei Semenov
Amar Suloev
Martin Malkhasyan
Ibragim Magomedov
---
Roman Zentsov
Aleksander Emelianenko
Fedor Emelianenko
---

There seems to be at least one division... Perhaps that made possible a recent bout between Roman and Ibragim... How about the rest?
