Great card!! all of the ww gp fights looks good, and Ishida/Aurelio.
Sakurai/Alfonso will also be fun, and seeing Kawajiri GnP Krazy Horse will also be fun.

Maybe they're doing this to get back at Sakuraba....
But its hilarious that Pride keeps throwing Sik, a beginner in MMA, in against the toughest possible fighters in the world. Don't know why they (Pride) do this? They are going to ruin him before he even begins. This really pisses me off! I swear even if Sik was the second coming of Fedor, you throw someone with no MMA experience in against Sakuraba for his first fight and a much bigger QJ for his third....they are not going stand a chance.
Yet Pride gives Takimoto a relatively easier draw, along with easier past competition....in addition to a gift victory over Sik. From what I've seen Takimoto seems like a prick, while Sik seems like a real good guy.
War Dong!

Prick is a bit strong, it's just that he's been forced down the audience's throats for the last year, with very little justification. He's clearly not cut out for MMA, and yet he gets inserted into almost every card.
I can't see the logic in most of these matches, although they are good. The LW matches seem a bit random, esp CCHB, but I suppose they want to build up Kawajiri. Ishida vs Aurelio is the only one which has logic, as Ishida easily has the skills to tool Maximus, and make the Gomi thing look fluke-alicious.

Beautiful.
And I appreciate that they're still getting Jason Black in the mix after the freak loss. Good luck to JB.

Great card, some strange match-ups (why is Bennett even there?) but overall Bushido puts together the best cards.

I'm actually looking forward to Kawajiri-Bennett - in a really perverse sort of way.

Olaf Alfonso? That Olaf? Interesting ...
And I agree with HolyRamenEmpire that it's good that Black's there.

Great card with some mismatches. I hope Baroni kills Misaki, and i hope Yoong-Sik gives Filho at least a competitive fight while Filho humps him dry. I dont understand the lightweight-fights at all, better matchmaking would be KH vs Olaf but i guess they are giving Sakurai and Kawajiri "easy" wins. Ishida could very possibly pull off the upset against Aurelio.

Yeah but Maeda was moving up in weight. KH is just a clown with some power in his fists, not a serious athlete. It would be OK I guess but I fail to find him funny.

Haha Olaf, hope that crazy hippy does well.
While I am ecstatic Suloev is there, Bustamante is a terrible style matchup for him, still I give him a shot.
They really want a Japanese to beat Baroni dont they? NYBA by KO!!!

I think Filho/Sik will be a very competitive matchup. Finally Paulo will meet a guy who can toss him around as well.

Kang is cocky in his pre/post fight interviews I agree.
But what I've seen of him when his not pumped up for a fight he seems like a nice guy.
I actually got a little shocked at Kangs comments at the post fight interview
after he defeated Mark Weir.
Kang acted like he was on a whole different (better) level compared to Weir, sure Kang is better all around but there is no need to not show respect to the other guy.
Anyway it will be a very compeditive fight!
