REMY?!?!?! some more hometown cookin! Aerts definetly deserves MVP for stepping up on short notice to take on another legend like himself. bigtime props for that. would anybody really want to take on Mr Perfect on less than an hours notice after consumption of alcohol??

Remy is there as they offer up the full card of fighters....I generally just list the top 5 of each though when I make threads.

This was after the japanese broadcast. I find it interesting to see how high LeBanner is in comparison to Remy though (there is a reason he gets the big $) and more surprising to see the current champ ranked even lower.

Semmy is low because his fights are boring. Aerts is deservedly the MVP.

well, we all know that everyone has a problem with Semmy. thats why K-1 changed the rules on him to put him at a disadvantage with his fighting style. not right.

Seeing Alexey so low on the list and his KO win not even listed as one of the best fights surely shows the disappointment form the general japanese fans also.

Best bout had Alexy in 6th and 7th.

You know I bet Alexey is so low because he let alot of people down. He never really gets beat he just seems like he stops trying to win. I still love him and will pick him to win the next GP he is in.

He deserve`s a bit more credits here i believe, the only boring thing in the arena was van dams, first thing all the comotion the week before, mentally seen the former fight against iggy in the arena,Sem was working all 3 rounds
like a beast and van dams didn`t now where to crawl in the ring.
Sem isn`t boring the other fighters have no clue what to do and are often completely overruled.

It's not like the people here aren't giving Sem enough credit. It's just that due to Sem's size his movement is awkward (somewhat robotic) and to some people - including myself - unpleasant to watch. He's a great fighter though.

I posted before about it, but I really respect Aerts for doing what he did. True champion.

Any word on what's going to happen to Bob Sapp? Word is that K-1 is suing. I don't blame them.
