An impressive Junior: Junior seems to be a lot too strong for the semi-retired but still dangerous Big Cat! Junior did impress me and will probably be a top fighter very soon if K1 make him fight pretty often.
A "full of stamina" Akebono: put an OK fight considering his last poor performances! He tried many times to rock Don with his pretty fast punches . His stamina was still bad but absolutely better, it seems he cuts some weight (???)....Don didnt impress me at all and wasnt able to make the fight evoluate (the ropes always seems to be a cool and comfortable place in Akebono fights) until Akebono sliped then get sub by a weird half choke.
2 well rounded Yahira and Ueyama put a great show! They both seems to be top grapplers....When the fuck this Hero's+Pride U 70 kg division will stop???
Gesias was a very tough, good and determinate fighter, I cant wait to see him fight next time! His opponant wasnt a "can" and was probably handicapped by the huge weight loss....I hope to see Monma in better condition.
A superman Black Mamba doesnt even show us his grappling skills! But for sure his striking abilities are awesome! The poor Tokoro get caught at the first real offensive... Too bad we were not allowed to see a lil bit more of these two ones in the ring. Mamba-Ole should be a hell of a fight! Seems like Tokoro isnt at his best since K1 NYE.....
Magnifical Uno finally submit the ultra good sub defenser Laursen!
Just show how good is Uno, he works very cleanly and finally get a late sub! Ole impressed me again, his defense and some good ground skills make him a lot more than a "mma fighter wanabee". 3 fight lost in 1 month and 20 days is a bad record but just look it was against Sudo in his first pro mma bout and almost get the draw or the win! Awesome sub defense and agression. To Drago in K1 Max with a close dec again. And finally to Uno who is in the top 3 of the best submitter at Hero's! I want to see Ole very soon! He deserve a reserve fight at the next stage!
An easy Akayama in an easy fight. The difference of weight probably around ( 15 kg???) did count a lot! They were really NOT in the same weight class division. Despite his surpising dominant performance against Mork at K1 NYE. Nagata had no weapon in that fight. Only the TD, but TD for what?
Aki was taller with more reach, he was heavier, stronger and better striker....he was probably easily better in the ground if ever Nagata had got a TD! 2 stars, an easy math for Aki...I'm happy that the KO only came from a spinning back kick to the body. No big damage at all. And no "stupid one sense fight" during 2 rounds with Nagata taking useless hits.
Fast, devastating and surprising KO scored by Kid! Myiata didnt even had the chance to exist and show us something!
This Kid win calls a Uno-Kid rematch, a Kid -Ole clash in style and Uno-Miyata match! An a Sudo-Uno fight will be an awesome main event!
It was by far the best Hero's so far imo.
Exciting and fun event.
When the fuck this U70 weight class will stop to bring talents?
Last year we had: Uno, Kid, Sudo, Myiata, Tokoro, Takaya (where the fuck is he? He deserves to come back!!!) and Prides Hansen, Gomi, Kawa, Azaredo, Mach, Pulver.....
Today we have to count with Ole, Black Mamba, Gesisas, Yahira, Ueyama and still Nagata.....
Awesome futures for that division.
Sorry for the horrible english! Does any of theses sentences makes any sense? Sorry, I'm a lil bit drunk.
Conclusion:
1.Nice and exciting event
2.Fucking awesome weight division!!!
