Hey guys, i got a really annoying issue with my computer.

Next to my clock in bottom right corner of pc i keep getting a flashing virus warning. It keeps coming up and up and up and i cant close it, even with ctrl+alt+del. When i click on it it sends me to this site: http://www.spywarequake.com/?aff=252

I ran two professional anti virus programs and they both failed detecting it. I cant find any way to get rid of it, my computer is virus free as the scans have shown.

Heres a picture, help me out!

Ask Arie_Kanarie, he is a whizz kid, he often has helped me with computer related problems, mostly with success. Or send him a pm.

I think he is at school at this moment. So hopes he read this quickly, or should I try to call him for you?

Sounds like you need more anti virus software, ad-aware, avg, spybot, zonealarm are what I use. Short of that, grab a big stick...

Haha, he wants to call me because Zanzoken has a problem, You have never ever called me at school before.

Furthermore, a whizz kid? I was always happy with a 4,5 out of 10 for maths at school.
The problems you have with your computer are often because you can't find the way to turn on the english spelling checker.

Oh, and Zanzoken looks to me like you have spyware on your computer, but there are numerous anti-spyware programs, and I don't know which one is the best. I think you should ask Jofeljoh, he is the whizz kid here.

Try this one-don't know if it's the best, but it's free and always helped me out.
http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-SE-Personal-Edition/3000-8022_4-10045910.html?part=dl-ad-aware&subj=dl&tag=top5
Hope that helps.

lol. why the hell am I the one who is regarded as the whizzkid.

But to remove this, no one has to be an expert. You just have to learn to use google.com in the future :)

Just type in the word spywarequake and this is the first link you get:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic47826.html

a perfect description of how to ged rit of it.

For the future, I can advise you to download hitmanpro.

http://www.hitmanpro.nl/welcome.htm

it's a program which combines all sorts of spywarecleaners and updates them immediately, as well as run them in the proper order, to maximize the chance of any spyware being removed.
