Go ahead and start telling me the type of music you guys are interested in before I start programming playlists.

I can always find something for everybody, but I really want to be able to give you guys what you want.

I set-up the station today.

Isnt Ignashov's song from Outside- The rough and the smooth?

Some house music would be good, its not as specific as Rap, rock pop etc which some people dont like.

I don't know, maybe he has more than one.
but the one with the violin is from aphex twin for sure.

the name of the track is "Outside Kick Ass Violin Solo", but it's not from a specific album yet for what I know.

The aphex one was just a remix, it doesent really sound good when i heard it first time.

If you want his proper song that he actually comes out on, its called " To Forgive but not forget" by Outside. And thats a great song.

I'm into almost anything as long if it's not r'n'b or soul or rap but some bands in those genres I can dig very well. Mostly I like older bluesrock, guitar heroes, guitar bands (the more modern), The rock 'n roll of these days, metal, speedmetal. I like it hard :)

The difference between the two would be this:

Hiphop (spelled just as you see it): Is the music the culture the dressing style and the slang of the inner youth from New York City. This spread to other areas and became embraced by most of the world.

Rap- is the verbal expression of emcee's who posses ability to describe and tune into the thoughts of the Hiphop culture. Though there has been discussions about (music) what makes a real emcee, no true line has been determined. Me and KRS1 and Large Professor have discussed this on many occassions.

Though the eclectic sounding emcee's (Nas, Common, Kanye, Talib Kwali, Mad Skillz, etc...) are considered to be real Hiphop while (50 Cent, Game, 2 Pac, etc...) are considered to be rappers.

I'm totally into HipHop/Rap. I take both terms as meaning somewhat the same thing. I love 2pac. You gotta admit the guy is a legend. I think 50Cent & his G-Unit gang is the next best thing to 2pac & Outlawz. BTW I also like RnB/Reggae/Reggae Dancehall.
