Inquiry: Norota Hideo's "mma history"

He's apparently famous for giving medical "treatment" with a rehab license but no medical license. He still gets to work as medical supervisor at a bunch of mma events.

Several famous Japanese fighters such as Sakuraba are member of his medical clinic.

Does he have a great medical knowledge? Or is he gifted with a good intuition? Or is he just charismatic? What's his reputation in this regard?

If I join, for example, the Fujiwara gym, I may deal with the issue of being treated by this mysterious figure that is Norota.

Sakuraba wise, if he is treating Saku, he's done a fine job keeping Saku alive and recovering enough to still fight.

The Hot One strikes again, lol. Does sound shady, yah. Norota's brother is a congressman. They have link with the police and gov. They seem to have some influence I guess. Norota Hideo did work as a rehab personnel, so I'd guess he has the basic knowledge in that respect. MMA politics.

Checking up on the past history of Japanese mma doctors and judges/refs may be interesting... (the old school mma aficionados probably know all that needs to be known...)

I did note the relevant names at Pride 31... I mis-wrote or mis-heard some names though...
