Wow, there are some decent names on there. Are the match ups set yet?

A word of warning about this show.
This is the third time Babalu has been advertised for a show in London. Both of the previous times it never happened, including a very chaotic 'will he/won't he' situation last time. I do hope I'm wrong but I am a little skeptical of his and a few other names on there.
It's not that Cage Rage are dishonest promoters, far from it, they're very good, but their shows do have a habit of suffering from an extraordinarily high rate of pull-outs, late substitutions etc.
Maybe it's the English weather.
Still, Lindland-Weir is a very high quality main event.

Mark Weir is an incredible fighter and Lindland is one of the top competitors of that division.
I hope the winner will fight Anderson Silva.
I also look forward to seeing Ian Freeman back in action.

I see Lindland winning this one - go Matt! I do like Weir also, though, so I hate to see either lose. And, yes, Silva vs. the winner would be a fantastic fight.
What do you guys think of Riccio? Is he the real thing? I tend to think he's okay, but has already reached a plateau as far penetration into the top tiers of mma goes.

Mark Weir was training with Chuck Liddell a little while back for his last fight in the WEC...and Matt also trains at the Pit with John Hackleman, so it's a very small world! I think Weir is a great competitor and it should be a good fight, but I can't see Matt losing this one.

If that card pulls through it's gonna be a great event.
How well do CR events fare in terms of ticket sales? The cards keep getting better, are they trying to push it (with high financial risk) or are they steadily developing and thus have gathered enough money to expand?
