When you say in the competitonoutline, in case of a tie after time gets factored in, the first person to post wins, does that mean if person A posts theyre original picks before person B, but then edits them 1 minute up to the event , will they still be considered to have posted first?

Unfortunately, yes.

Simply put, there is only 1 of each prize, so there must be some way to divide first and second etc in the case where all picks are the same, and even the time is the same.

The chance of it happening a a million to one though, unless someone simply copies someone elses post

Exactly....and at that stage the it is too late to edit so this will end up being somewhat of a wildcard in the predictions.

Yep, as of now they say they will toss a coin to decide....be online tomorrow from 2pm Japan time though as the press conference is on and something may be announced
