Yep! It definitely helps with general energy level and endurance. Cleans out your digestive system, too. I've tried a few other greens before this one, and this one is definitely the most palatable.

It's an ok supplement but it's just that - a supplement.

You are better off geting 6 cups of green veggies a day. It's not that hard. 3-4 cups of romaine for a salad. 1 C broccoli at lunch or dinner and 1 C. Green Beans for lunch or dinner. You get plenty of phytonutrients and vitamins in real veggies than a supplement ;)

the whole thing with lightforce green is getting your ph levels alkaline. In that case, I have seen cheaper products that do the same thing, but you can't go wrong with light force if you got the money.

in short, how does alkalizing my body help? I would have thought the stronger the acid in my stomache, the fast my food becomes energy.

honestly, that whole alkaline theory is bs. Our body has defense mechanisims to protect our bodys from changing ph levels. I think Couture is on a Alkaline Diet but it doesnt really do anything in terms of improvement in energy or what not. It just so happens that alot of healthy foods are alkaline and if your eating healthy, naturally your gonna feel better.
