Alright last time I posted this exclusively here to help a gentleman out in loosing weight. I am about to do it again and you can call this the play by play. Every night I will post on this thread and a few other forums on how I do this. I will post pics on a few threads so that you can see me shrink. It's also a good thing that we are close to Ramadan aswell. (Fasting will help lol) My diet is the worst which will amaze you as I cut this weight and stay healthy. I will not be aided by a lot of working out however do to my work schedule switching. Not much gym time.

Alright let's go. I'm feeling very fat and sluggish tonight so I did
Jumping Jacks= 5 minuts straight
Push Ups= 40
Sit Ups = 20
Walked (not ran) = 1 mile

Diet:
Cereal-3 bowls (Fruit Loops)
Dinner- 5 slices(Pizza Hut) boneless BBQ wings
Drank- 8 glasses of water

1st night fellas let's get ready to kickbox

the sugary fruit loops, pizza, and BBQ wings seem somewhat contrary to the spirit of weight cutting but I suppose you're prepping for Ramadan. In which case store up.

I've lost almost twenty pounds in less than three months, I just cut down on cereal, fast food, and soft drinks.

This is my diet and it's bad..... that's why I made the reference in there. Lots of people ask me how I do this, and some fellas on chokemuay asked so I will take you guys on the trip with me. Sometimes my diet is on tough, but right now due to work I get depressed. I will fight soon though so I force myself into shape.

I will use all your advice gentleman so keep putting it up. It will curb my bad ass habits lol. Reading these you will see..... a lot of bad ass habits.

I'm about to take my morning run. Which will be about 5 100 yard dashes. Then I will do 100 sit ups and 100 push ups through out the day til I reach the number. 100 squats will be straight. 50 round houses 50 front kicks 50 jabs 50 crosses 50 leg combos 50 hand combos 100 combined combos to finish for the day. 8 glasses of water and I ate eggs and 2 waffles so far today. I will add to this post when the day ends.

I lost 25 pounds in about 6 weeks. Mostly eating properly and I do think me working as at a moving company did help a bit too. Good luck to you, the hardest part is not knowing how to cut weight, but to put it into practice.

Sometimes my diet is on tough, but right now due to work I get depressed.
Man, am I glad to hear that! I mean, I shouldn't be glad, but work ruins so much for me, including the diet, so it's a relief seeing someone else being straight up about it.

Titan I'll tell you man..... I'm 11:30a.m. to 8:00p.m.

No training time. Happy to get my one day out of the week on Friday. I get so upset. Today I ate Popeye's Po Boy fish combo and Ice cream. I won't work out today either. Watch me work out tomorrow though. Watch how this fast takes weight off too..... and for those of you with encouragement thank you, but don't worry I wont fail I do this all the time.

If you are fighter and young and watching any of the post. I will post my healthy diet and the one that I recommend you follow.

I'm with you. I weighed 82 kg (180 lbs) after the summer. I'm at 87.5 kg (192.5lbs) after 6 weeks back at work. I need to put a stop to it here and now before it goes too far. I normally eat 6 times a day, or can I really say "normally"? When I don't work and I can do what I should, I eat 6 times a day and I work out 2 times a day. When I work, I eat in the morning, drink energy drinks for lunch so I'll get a good buzz in the body, just to feel better where I'm at ... when I get home, I try my damndest to not get any kicks from sugar. I fail most of the time because I need the kick to get the cooking done. Working out I can only dream of. I just don't have the energy. I got energy to work out, but I don't feel like dealing with being cut short on time and having to get my gear ready, getting into the gear and getting out of it. It's the ltitle things. I definitely don't feel like sparring most of the time because after sitting on my ass all day, I fear it'd break my back. I go sparring on fridays and sundays. That's when I feel like I got the mental energy. And I don't even work those hours you do ... I'd be a wreck.

Regardless, I've picked myself up and since yesterday, I walk at least 60 minutes every evening after I'm done with everything at home. It's either that or become a fat-ass.

Good Luck with the diet! Try not to get depressed, think about what you can do when you reached your aim! You'll look good!

lol Butter and Syruuuup. Today was my first day of the fasting for Ramadan. The people at work always look at me like I'm a hero when I do this. lol

No food until 6:20pm today. I ate 4 beef Skewer and some Crab cheese Wontons. 1 piece of chicken. That's it for the night except for some water I will probably drink all night.

Okay lets do it fellas off your couches....lol

Stretch (til you sweat). 100 jumping jacks to get the heart rate up. 100 sit ups 100 push ups 100 squats and a long sh.... after wards.

LET'S GO!

Remember I just fought Pat Cox at the Ring of Fire in March at 165lbs.

At Grapplers Edge (Sheldon Marr gym)I cant finish my work out at all... Tommy Yoshida pushes way to hard.

I was even at High Altitude the other day and saw Nate Marquardt laughing at me for not finishing my drills..... Muhammed pushed me way to hard.

Will see in a minute though

5 pounds gone, good work. Are you staying on schedule? I want to be at 170 pounds by december, i got 10 pounds to loose for that to happen.

Eric I'm still on schedule. Last night I had a buddy cook 4 pieces of skinless chicken for me and my wife and spinach and salad.

Okay over the last few days I did the same routine up top once. We through an event yesterday and this fast is shreading all the pounds. I'm 180. I will tell you that fasting is not the healthiest way to lose weight for new jacks reading this. I've been fasting for over half of my life and my body is used to it. Tonight I will rest. I don't get to eat until after 6:00pm. The last 2 days I've eaten a personal pan pizza with bread sticks, Last night 2 pieces of gum and french toast and a caraffe of Orange Juice.

Questin; why do you eat so much unhealthy food? I prefer to keep it less strict on the hours, since I have trouble sleeping, but fastfood is a big no-no, 2 times a month is absolute maximum. But then again, I get fat just walking by McD.

lol I fight MMA and I've been training muay thai but I just had my first kickboxing bout. I've been training for about 15 years. When Duane Ludwig and Nate Marquardt were little we worked with them at my partner Tommy Johnson's school. I love to eat what I want and do the work to take it off. You will BELIEVE!!! lol
I want to go to the Maxx but I will have to step up in 2006 and go hard!!!!

Oh ate 3 burgers and fries, then ate a bowl of cereal today. I'm fasting so at night I eat at 6:15ish depending on the sun.

Max are looking for new stars so go for it.I'm about 168pnds at the moment and i easily make 154 for max.I just seriously can't believe you get down so low from 190...so i'll be reading this post to check your progress.(you should show some before @ after pics.)

Man, you loose weight easily if you can cut while eating that stuff. BTW, how tall are you?

I will post the pics of me at the Randy Couture seminar today. I will take one of me on the scale aswell. Then I will begin to devour this weight. Next month I should be close to 170 at the end of the month I should be in the 160s

I am 5'7"

5'7, no wonder you want to get to 155 pounds, you must have been huuuge at 190.

I look like a fat butter ball. Really the ladys say I'm a cuddly teddy bear, but at 155 I ready for action. Here is another pic of me going upstairs just last March. I fought this fight at 165lbs.

lol I'm stuck at 180 right now. I will be quickly down to 160s after Ramadan is over. The fast saps my energy so training is tough to do. Not much longer though.

I did well in this fight. I lost a decision of 29-28 29-28 and 30-27 (that one came from his friend who was judging the fight. This was my first fight in 3 years.... and I got tired... as hell
First round... touchin em.... with everything almost knocked him out. 2nd round almost knocked him out again. Then he hit me with a flying knee and I step on the bottom rope.... they called it a knock down. I landed a couple more big shots but he out worked me.

Coming to Japan to see you and Parr. Coming to Africa to train with you and going to Austrailia to train also. I'm going to try and make a hard run at this and crush these dudes. I will be doing both MMA and Muay Thai so we will be in contact.

I'm down at 175 now. And that is enough. 30 pounds in 2,5 months. It is below zero where I live now anyway, so I can't run as much as I'd like. Lets gain some muscle now ;)

I jumped rope for about 4 of the 6 minutes. Shadow boxed for 2 3 minute rounds. Then held pads for my partner Aaron for 5 rounds. I sparred for 3 rounds lightly (at least light to what I'm used too). They said I look sharper... I felt weaker. I also did some Juijitsu at another gym the next day for a round or two then stopped because I cant drink until the sun sets.

Thats alot of weight congrats?I think the challenge now would be keeping it down something I've always struggled with.

I actually want to go up to 185 by March 2006. Bulking period now. 175 is too much weight for me to loose, I was happy at 180. It never goes as you planned, lol.

Diet going well fellas I can eat now so I trained last night. I ate 2 Tacos and 3 hamburgers. I did 6 minutes of jump rope. Shadow boxed for 2 rounds 3 minutes. Stretched. Pads for 4 rounds 3 minutes. Sparred about 6 rounds last night. 50 crunches 50 push ups 50 crunches about 10 other exercises 30 to 10 of each..... Ouch, but I made it

Should be ready to cut the rest of this gut off here in November. I would like to be around 165 or 160 at the end of the month. It will be my birthday present to myself. November 6th.....
