Looks good with the huge belts. Randleman looks slimmer, but damned, they should have put Gardner in a gi or something. lol

wearing those two huge belts to the ring will most likely give both nog and fedor back injuries, thus ending this fight as well as a NC.

I'm not following wrestling but Gardner did compete in Athens, right? So that will closely resemble his normal fighting shape?! He definetly looks over 120 kg.
Let's see how much he worked on his cardio.

Gardner does like massive but he's never really had the great physique people might expect from an Olympic wrestler.
As for his cardio, he's always been regarded as having great stamina (of course that's in an event that only lasts 5 minutes or so) in wrestling so I don't think he'll gas out particularly quickly, unless he goes crazy trying to throw Yoshida all over the place and tires himself out that way.

Damn, great posters!! Gardner looks huge, damn he is crazy strong, believe me. I will cheer for him, but Yoshida is a real warrior. It will be a good fight, shit this card includes all those crazy fights, I feel that ALOT of the fights could've been main-events.. This will be one of the, or the greatest Card.

Gardner weighed about 290lbs when that photo was taken, probably come in to the fight weighing a little less than that, though.
But yeah, as Mellish mentioned, Rulon doesn't have the stereotypical body of an athlete. He's much stronger and has much better cardio than people expect when simply judging him by his body type.

I read that was his team on Sherdog a while back.

Grant - yes, he has been training in SoCal with Henderson and his crew. Randy has been down here a few times as well.
