I read that awhile ago. Apparently Royce was not supposed to be advertising or signing anything with K-1 until AFTER the 30th. Technicaly Royce is not under contract at the 31st, but I can understand why Pride is upset. It would be like Randy planning to leave the UFC and starts advertising with Pride before the contract ended. Doesn't matter to me much anyways, especially since the match is kinda silly. Well, I guess I was looking forward to a flukish KO from Akebono to Royce.

that sucks, but contracts are contracts i guess. then again k-1 couldnt just not advertise this fight. its gonna be a huge draw. id like to see what happens with this before NYE.
