Got my supplements going. Diet supplements I mean. I've been eating SAN's T3 (guggelstorones):

Not combined with stackers. Only Great Earth's FatAWay supplement that's described as "Rhodeola rosea and Rhododendron caucasium".
I'm left wondering are these sugarpills? 1 month and noticing nothing. Regular weightloss. SAN T3 talks about shredded beyond belief so I expected a turbo on my fat. I walk 1-3 hours at good pace almost daily. Two walks a day. Protein shakes. No carbs really. Lotsa veggies. Vitamin and mineral supplements. Lotsa water. Feel great. However I think I'm losing what I'd lose without the pills. Are they no good?
