I lost a lot of money

Anjew
14th June 2005, 09:53 AM
it's the same site, NO RESULTS THERE!

krikit
14th June 2005, 09:54 AM
The event started less then an hour ago. I doubt there can be any full results up yet.

Michael.B
14th June 2005, 09:55 AM
it's the same site, NO RESULTS THERE!

On the schem on the above of the page....
You can see who won the tnmt already

Anjew
14th June 2005, 09:56 AM
Damn, I saw it, but is it really already finished???

Michael.B
14th June 2005, 09:56 AM
The event started two hours ago. Bob Sapp won the event

krikit
14th June 2005, 09:58 AM
Hmm maybe they are right after all. Sportsnavi are saying they are doing live updates from the event though.

Tomihara def. Amada by 2-1 Extra Round decision, so so far they are right.

Anjew
14th June 2005, 10:04 AM
Hmmm... Keep going anyway, krikit!

heckyl
14th June 2005, 10:06 AM
yeah kep going. i cant find any full results anywhere.

krikit
14th June 2005, 10:10 AM
sure

Anjew
14th June 2005, 10:18 AM
So are those Sapp news true or not?

El Presidente
14th June 2005, 10:19 AM
Lets keep the results and related discussion within this topic for the time being.

Anjew
14th June 2005, 10:19 AM
Right

krikit
14th June 2005, 10:20 AM
Yusuke Fujimoto def. Hajime Moriguchi by 3-0 decision, that is opposite of what the k-1 site had.

Anjew
14th June 2005, 10:22 AM
Good! So the graphic scheme there is showing bullshit?

krikit
14th June 2005, 10:24 AM
Well no idea, all I know is that according to sportsnavi and the japanese k-1 site Fujimoto won that fight.

K1power
14th June 2005, 10:24 AM
I don't think the Tournament is already over.

Anjew
14th June 2005, 10:26 AM
Ok, let's wait and see...

krikit
14th June 2005, 10:28 AM
Yea, not much else to do.

K1power
14th June 2005, 10:29 AM
Yusuke Fujimoto def. Hajime Moriguchi by 3-0 decision, that is opposite of what the k-1 site had.
When I looked just a moment ago, they had Fujimoto as the winner. (YES :D)

Anjew
14th June 2005, 10:30 AM
No, they still have Moriguchi as the winner of this fight!

El Presidente
14th June 2005, 10:31 AM
This is pretty confusing.

Where's ( o Y o ) or any Japanese resident when you need them...

Anjew
14th June 2005, 10:32 AM
http://www.so-net.ne.jp/feg/k-1gp/top655.htm the scheme says Moriguchi and Sapp as winner. oYo is working today.

K1power
14th June 2005, 10:33 AM
I'm looking at the Japanese site, not the English one. The english one doesn't even display the results on my pc, besides the graphic scheme.

Anjew
14th June 2005, 10:35 AM
Because there are no results, only the scheme... :)

K1power
14th June 2005, 10:35 AM
Yeah, I think the scheme is fucked up, though. The English site can't possibly have the results sooner than the Japanese site.

Michael.B
14th June 2005, 10:36 AM
Is it for sure for AMADA ?
This would be great !!

K1power
14th June 2005, 10:38 AM
Only way I can see the scheme being accurate is if Fujimoto was injured and so Moriguchi was allowed to continue.

krikit
14th June 2005, 10:39 AM
For a recap. Confirmed results in the tournament.

Quarterfinal 1: Tomihara by split decision

Semifinal 1: Tomihara vs Fujimoto

Anjew

K1power
14th June 2005, 10:41 AM
According to krikit, Amada lost to Tomihira (1-2) after extra round
That's also correct according to the japanese site.

heckyl
14th June 2005, 10:46 AM
i trust that kriket can read. sportsnavi is pretty accurate, moreso than the K-1 sites. so im gonna go by what he is saying.

Anjew
14th June 2005, 10:50 AM
So am I... :)

krikit
14th June 2005, 10:51 AM
I got a feeling this will be one of those Japanese GP events with 100% decision factor. Except the Superfights

Anjew
14th June 2005, 10:53 AM
Seems so, maybe Sapp will KO someone in the semis... I see Choi and Sefo winning by KO too...

heckyl
14th June 2005, 10:54 AM
no way. Green Beret is hardcore. he will win by vicious KO.

i am glad i am behind a computer. it would be extremly hard to say ^^ without laughing out loud.

Anjew
14th June 2005, 11:00 AM
Green Beret is hardcore indeed ;) , not sure about the KO though :D...

heckyl
14th June 2005, 11:02 AM
i feel bad for Howard. The man has balls, but i mean, he has gotten his ass kicked each and every time he has fought.

Anjew
14th June 2005, 11:03 AM
Well, everybody is making his living in a way... ;)

Anjew
14th June 2005, 11:04 AM
What's up with the last quarter?

heckyl
14th June 2005, 11:04 AM
which is true. i guess if i could take an assbeating every few months, id be filler for the big names too.

Anjew
14th June 2005, 11:06 AM
That's kind of masochistic, esp. that he probably knows, he can't/shouldn't/isn't allowed to win...

krikit
14th June 2005, 11:08 AM
Hirauki Hori def. Tsuyoshi Nakasako by 3-0 Decision

So we got Tomihara vs Fujimoto

Sapp vs Hori

krikit
14th June 2005, 11:10 AM
Choi vs Tom Howard is the next fight.

heckyl
14th June 2005, 11:13 AM
WAR TOM HOWARD!!!!~@ Bet youd never hear that from anyone! i should stop drinking.

Dado
14th June 2005, 11:16 AM

heckyl
14th June 2005, 11:27 AM

El Presidente
14th June 2005, 11:30 AM

Anjew
14th June 2005, 11:31 AM
And I hope Choi gets KTFO in September...

K1power
14th June 2005, 11:32 AM

krikit
14th June 2005, 11:38 AM
Tomihara def. Fujimoto by R1 2:39 KO

K1power
14th June 2005, 11:39 AM
Tomihara def. Fujimoto by R1 2:39 KO
I'd rather seen Fujimoto take it, but hey...

heckyl
14th June 2005, 11:40 AM
ahhh hell, i wanted Fujimoto to win as well.

K1power
14th June 2005, 11:42 AM
Next up Sapp vs. Hori right? Sapp should win this one, because Hori also isn't Mister Cardio either. Besides, if Kaoklai could down him with punches, I bet Sapp can Murder him with punches.

heckyl
14th June 2005, 11:46 AM
Im suprised Sapp is even continuing. he is usually injured or something after a fight.

krikit
14th June 2005, 11:46 AM
Semifinal 2: Bob Sapp def. Hiroki Hori by R2 1:27 KO

K1power
14th June 2005, 11:46 AM
How many times has Sapp even fought in a tourny anyways..? Like, two times?

K1power
14th June 2005, 11:47 AM
Mr.Yellow card Vs Bob Sapp in the finals... this promises something :p

Dado
14th June 2005, 11:47 AM
I wonder if Hori has improved?

I wasnt expecting him to beat Nakasakao.

heckyl
14th June 2005, 11:47 AM
yeah. i edit my post. heh. im drinking remember?

krikit
14th June 2005, 11:48 AM
Final: Sapp vs Tomihara

Sefo vs Karaev before.

heckyl
14th June 2005, 11:48 AM
Sapp is gonna win this next one quick.

K1power
14th June 2005, 11:50 AM
Totally forgot about Sefo...

El Presidente
14th June 2005, 11:54 AM
Go Tomihira... please win

Anjew
14th June 2005, 11:56 AM
Go Sefo!

krikit
14th June 2005, 11:57 AM
Ray Sefo def. Ruslan Kareav by R1 0:37 TKO, So much for his record.

K1power

El Presidente
14th June 2005, 11:58 AM
Good quick KO. Hopefully Sapp hasnt caught his breath yet... so Tomi can 187 him.

K1power
14th June 2005, 11:59 AM
I wouldn't mind Sapp winning this one...

krikit
14th June 2005, 12:00 PM
El Presidente, aren't you too hungry for a Choi vs Sapp fight at the Osakap 1/16 Round of the GP?

Dado
14th June 2005, 12:01 PM
Tomihara was bullied around by Abidi, and he had problems overcoming the size differential.

I see Sapp exploiting this and winning again, unless Tomihara can survive Sapps attack and come back to outpoint him. So there is a posibility of Tomihara winning this.

Anjew
14th June 2005, 12:01 PM
Buahahaha, Sefo rules!

Anjew
14th June 2005, 12:08 PM
Sapp's still taking time to recover, I guess...

El Presidente
14th June 2005, 12:16 PM
El Presidente, aren't you too hungry for a Choi vs Sapp fight at the Osakap 1/16 Round of the GP?

Hell no! What I would like to see is Mighty Mo vs Sapp... and Glaube vs Choi.

But they wont make it so hard for Choi. Theyll probably give him Kaoklai again. Low Kick to the head KO

Anjew
14th June 2005, 12:20 PM
I wonder if Tomihira can stand 3 rounds with Sapp...

krikit
14th June 2005, 12:21 PM
Still no results.

Anjew
14th June 2005, 12:21 PM
Or if Sapp can stand 3 rounds himself... :)

K1power
14th June 2005, 12:21 PM

Anjew

They are waiting for Sapp to catch the first breath...

El Presidente
14th June 2005, 12:27 PM
or trying to pull him off the respirator...

Anjew
14th June 2005, 12:31 PM

Dado
14th June 2005, 12:38 PM
Myabe he finally managed to run away from Greco?

Anjew
14th June 2005, 12:41 PM
Greco is whipping him now out of the dressing room...

K1power
14th June 2005, 12:42 PM
why is this taking so goddamn long

El Presidente
14th June 2005, 12:45 PM
Sapp should forfeit if he's taking so damn long. But hey its Sapp... he can do anything he wants.

If he was on a paid vacaion theyd still make Tomihira wait.

krikit
14th June 2005, 12:46 PM
I hope it's not some injury causing the delay.

K1power
14th June 2005, 12:46 PM

Anjew
14th June 2005, 12:51 PM
It's the steroid injector malfunction, told you. They pumped him up enormously, he can't make it thru the door... Tomihira wins by opponent's steroid OD...

Anjew
14th June 2005, 12:55 PM
Damn, it takes long. They should at least make up some quick superfight with Greco beating the crap out of Kakuda...

Gazelle
14th June 2005, 01:00 PM
Man whats happening?

Anjew
14th June 2005, 01:03 PM
Nothing. That's the problem. :)

K1power
14th June 2005, 01:03 PM

El Presidente
14th June 2005, 01:03 PM
I guess they didnt expect Sefo to finish his opponent in 37 seconds. Still...

Anjew
14th June 2005, 01:03 PM
krikit, are you there? no news? any?

El Presidente
14th June 2005, 01:04 PM
They couldve slotted a replay of the whole 1998 GP in this break...

krikit
14th June 2005, 01:04 PM
Still nothing on either sportsnavi or the k-1 site.

K1power
14th June 2005, 01:09 PM

Anjew
14th June 2005, 01:12 PM

( o Y o )
14th June 2005, 02:33 PM
Tomihara lost because of his game plan taking too long, and the ref not calling a down when Sapp was hurt.

Sefo just fucking obliterated "the other guy" Sefo's first punch had the guy on the ground and fucked.....the rest of the time was him ponding until the ref called a standing 8 as the "other guys" corner threw the towel.

Amron
14th June 2005, 03:41 PM
yeah, thanks for the results!!

Sapp won

El Presidente
14th June 2005, 03:50 PM
Sapp's ego will only get worse from here...

I wonder who theyll pit him and Choi against in Osaka...

14th June 2005, 04:21 PM
Bob Sapp actually lasted through 3 fights. Wow.

MWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA (my impersonation of the "Beast Laugh")

smacktime
14th June 2005, 04:33 PM
Sapp lasted by not moving much. to save energy. At times he could hardly breathe.
Sapp even pulled out the kicks on Tomi in the final!
He pushed Tomi down in the first minute and the ref called it a down?
That one that boobs mentioned was also questionable. but this is K-1!

Next time a comp is on there should be 2 comps. 1 for our picks and the other for the refs (or K-1's picks)

As for Sefo! He welcomed that guy to K-1 & it was a good thing that his corner threw in the towel. (when did they change the 3 knckdow rule????)

What happend with Choi's match? Who won?

Choi slammed him with a knee that sent him flying. In the slow mo replay you could see the blood pissing out as soon as he got slammed. Choi has very dangerous knees.

Bob Sapp actually lasted through 3 fights. Wow.

MWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA (my impersonation of the "Beast Laugh")

I also think that the most amazing thing about the win is that Sapp lasted threw the whole tournament. Its the most he has ever fought and eventhough I don't see him winning it all ever it shows alot of him to go the distance.
