Ahkramenko has lost from Gokhan Saki last night, so doesn't he take over the number 13 spot?

It was on the same show as the Leko vs Hari fight, both fights were under the same rules (K-1 rules).
Ahkramenko couldn't continue the fight due to leg kicks in the third or fourth round (I think the fourth though). Saki by KO.

Saki was very impressive last night. Ahkramenko's leg was just chewed up from Saki's lowkicks. I'd like to see him fight Hari again.
