There are lots of ways to rank freaks.
-Number of losses.
-Amount of damage to the sport
-Quality of opposition despite freak record of 0-0
-Height
-Weight
-Liters of sweat lost upon entering the ring.
-Frames of inapproprate footage= other sport, eating junk food, spooky laugh.
-Damage to the sport
-Hate mail
-Death threats
-Damage to the sport
-Kudos from Kakuda
-Skill [just kidding!]
-Damage to the sport

If Kimo's in that list then Sean O' Haire should be as well.

Generally, I`d agree, but at least O'Haire has gone down swinging so far. Kimo`s debut in K-1 had him knocked out by a head kick while he was running away! lol

Swinging? You want swinging? Kimo-Sapp had more swinging than 1970s suburban dinner party!! Whatta fight!! Comedy classic.
That KO sounds absolutely hilarious though.

Kimo-sapp is a classic in its own right, but yet another, and it has the added bonus os hybrid rules (1 round K-1, next MMA etc) is Sapp vs LeBanner. For so many reasons this one has to go down as one of the top 5 comedy classics.

Still haven't seen that, but from reports it sounds completely crackers. Will try dig it up.

In KIMO's defence: he wasnt supposed to fight standup that day. Only a few mins before the bout they told him to put on the K-1 gloves. He was supposed to do some MMA thing or something... I remember K-1 toying with some bare-knuckle shoot-fights back in the day...

Remember seeing a tape of Kimo v. Pat Smith from a 1993 K-1 show. they fought bareknuckled in a ring that had a pro wrestling style cage put up around it. And Kimo battered him.

EVen Kakuda had a bareknuckle fight if I remember correctly.
I remember the K-1 Revenge one (Bernardo-vs-Hug, Aerts-vs-Greco etc) where Jan Lomulder fought bareknuckle against this Japanese guy. After losing a few litres of blood Jan was in a rear-naked choke and went into these horrific convulsions after the ref stopped the fight. (worse than Arslan-Chalmsak)
scary.
