It's stacked with some of the worlds best fighters in this weight, I do miss Drago though.
I also think that they left some really good Dutch fighters out of it to prevent it from becoming a Dutch and some foreigners tournament.....

I suspect the reason Drago isn't in is because there are already two fighters from Gym Alkmaar competing. I would have liked to see Vielvoye, but it's hard to find fault with the current lineup. One of the most stacked tournaments I've ever seen...

Ah I read some news on Mixfight.nl
On Drago: he is going to aim for k-1 max so he's going to fight -70
Vielvoye doesn't want to fight -75
Imro "murder" Main is judged as 'too light' by Lucien Carbin (his trainer) I don't know if they mean physically or in his abilities... That's why Spong is in

First of the tournament does not look cpmpletely stacked, some great names in there, but not the best at 75 kg.
Another thing is that finn. Kuupilla, which propably means Kupila as in Pasi Kupila is a big HW-fighter from Finland. Is he fighting a superfight or whats up with that?

Really, who do you think is missing? In my opinion, they have the top 5 -75 kg in Shakuta, Pajonsuk, Mes, Simson and Zak. In addition, Villaume, Spong, Najim, Magomedov, Kaas, Lima, etc. are all world-class.
MZN, isn't 75, 76 kg Vielvoye's weightclass?

Well, its a thin line between 72 kg and 75 kg for some fighters, and the line-up looks a lot eurocentric, although great.
For me, an addition like Jomhod would perfect the card. He is a bit light for it, but interesting as hell.

Shouldve added Ole Laursen (or is he exclusively with SLeague?). Ante Bilic and Paolo Balicha would also been interesting additions.

Balicha is too small/light for this

I thought so too but that was what I read....
Anyway I think it's not ment to be too Dutch. That is also visible in the SL if all those fighters were Dutch appart from the absolute foreign top (and I don't want to sound too chauvinistic) that the average level would rise but it wouldn't catch the average eurosport viewer. Different nationalities are quite important.
Appart from all this it also must be important to have good ties with Rutz. I recognize a load of names that has been or are in the normal showtime picture. Also it wouldn't be the first time that Rutz improves the line-up along the way, last year he came up with Pajonsuk as a replacement for Balrak and there are more examples...

Dutch commentator Fred Royers was talking about this probably being aired on Eurosport. That would be great news if it's true.

From my information (and I have good source) the match ups are not FINAL, it means these names should be involved but the match ups will change... and another thing
Kuupilla (Finland) vs Champion (Sweden) in this fight the "champion" means Johmod, so I think there´s no need to say anything more ;)
The black horse of the tournament will be Spejbl I would bet my money on it ;))
