Takeda won by R1 KO (33 seconds) today at the Shin Nihon SLEDGE HAMMER show over Fatopayak Saktawin, ninth ranked at Rajadamnern super-welterweight. Hiroki Ishii drew with tenth ranked lightweight Dentarsai Gattowiwat and Gohsuke Kikuchi beat Hariruu (South Korean champion) by 3-0 decision.

Seems like Takeda will fight in August at the next TITANS event.

The title Takeda was talking about is the super-welterweight title of the newly established WBC Muay Thai apparently.

Takeda was offered a fight in HERO's but naturally declined.
If the fight with JWP goes through, the latter's got the chance to win both the MAX and the WBC title.
Noboru Uchida will also fight on the next TITANS event, and the Rajadamnern lightweight title match (Ishii's challenge) might take place on it as well.

From the picture it looks like Kozo kicked him on his knee and the Thai got injured. Not really some fancy KO.

That's a strange rationale, Kozo threw kicks with the intent of hurting his opponent and that he did. His win back in January wasn't fancy, hell his MAX win wasn't fancy either. Nothing about Takeda is fancy, what you see is what you get. In the end the result remains.

I literally typed what I was thinking, reading it now it almost sounds like im angry that he won. :o
I still appreciate a leg kick KO just as much as anything else, I must have been in one of my subjective moods when I wrote that.

Dude, I love leg-kick KOs
And because of his powerful leg kicks, Kozo is one of my favorite fighters. I still believe that if he would have not been injured, he would have made it to the finals of the Japan MAX GP this year and possibly beaten Kohi.
In their first fight, Kohi was getting beat with those leg kicks. If the fight went on, he would have definitely been stopped
