I have a limited amount of weights to use, only about 125 pounds, to curl and bench. I was wondering if anyone could help me and give me kind of like a workout schedule with how much to lift how many times and how many times a day. I can do all 125, but prefer to do less so I can do more. Help if you can.

What exactly are you trying to do with your weightlifting? Get bigger/stronger/cut weight?

You get stronger by lifting heavier weights. You'll only get so far with 125 lbs. You can try like lifting slower. Won't help you lift more than 125 lbs but can help control the weights better and hit your muscles in another way. Another alternative are "bands". They add weight to like your benchpress. Somebody else has to suggest a good brand or scrap the idea. I've just read about it. Benchpressers sometimes add chains on their bar. That's added weight in moving down till the chains pile up on the floor, then you lift them up with the bar again.

Weight. You say "a little weight" so it doesn't sound like you're obsese. I think you'd best is check out your diet and scrap the fat and sugar and simple carbs a couple weeks.

if youre willing to spend $150 you can get an 7' bar and 300 lbs of plates. its a good investment.
