Silva vs. Saku
Arona vs. Shogun
I think they will happen as they need to selll the saku vs Silva fight here, and they wont want a final full of Brazilians so Shogun will fight either Arona or Lil Nog.
Overeem vs. Nakamura
Lil' Nog vs. Igor
Actually, I would expect Igor vs Overeem but we have had Lil Nog vs Naka twice so it wont happen so soon.

If I were booking the next round, I'd probably go for:
Sakuraba v. Nakamura
Guarantees a Japanese fighter on the semis and finals show. If Nakamura wins he gets to be the first Japanese to beat Sakuraba and they can do a 'passing the torch' from one generation to the next type of things. If Sakuraba wins they get their all-time legend onto the last show.
Arona v. Shogun
Like boobs said, this will eliminate one of the Brazilians and should be an interesting mix of styles. Personally I think it favours Arona and would rather Shogun go through but should be a very interesting fight and has the BTT v. Chute Boxe thing going as well.
Igor v. Noguiera
Stiff test for both men, a very, very even fight and an excellent quarterfinal. If Noguiera wins he's got 2 in a row over well established Pride vetarans. If Igor wins it shows he really is the real deal at MW.
Silva v. Overeem
A bit soft as a main event, but remember they'll have non-tournament fights too. Would perhaps be seen as giving Silva bit of an easy ride but Overeem did just take out Belfort. A strong showing with Silva in a stand-up war could really lift his status.
It wouldn't be the best show for selling out the quarter-finals but would hopefully set up the best possible last show in August. A guaranteed Japanese fighter, hopefully Silva and Shogun (though the potential of teamamtes fighting at some point leaves me a little queasy) whoever wins out of Igor-Noguiera should provide some great action AND name talent.

Sakuraba vs. Nakamura
Arona vs. Overeem
Nogueira vs. Silva
Vovchanchyn vs. Rua
I think that gives us the best variety of fights and some interesting matchups.

Sakuraba vs. Nakamura (secure one japanese fighter to the semis)
Arona vs. Rua (to expose Arona's lousy standup)
Nogueira vs. Overeem (good matchup)
Vovchanchyn vs. Silva (Worthy to be Main event)

dude, it would be a rematch if sak fought like half those guys lol. but id like to see him fight naka since naka would have the least chance of badly hurting sak imo.

I hope to see Silva vs lil nog or arona or overrem!
My opinion
sak-nak
silva-arona
lil nog-overrem
igor-shogun
(or lil nog-shogun + igor-overrrem)
and thats sound very good!!!

I think it will be:
Saku x Naka
Silva x Minotoro
Shogun x Arona
Alistair x Igor...
Saku x Naka = one japanese in the semi... CB x BTT = two brazilians out...
I would love to see
Saku x Igor
Silva x Minotoro
Shogun x Arona
Alistair x Naka
But I think this is too difficult to happen, Igor is the 'new' star in Japan. It was incredible to see the japanese cheering for Igor, not Kondo.

What i'd like to see (because i'm a little evil):
Shogun vs. Silva
Nog vs. Arona
Nak vs. Saku
Igor vs. Alastair
Realistically, what i expect is:
Silva vs. Nak (Student trying to avenge the teacher's loss)
Saku vs. Igor (Rematch from the 1st GP)
Lil'Nog vs. Shogun (Chuteboxe vs. BTT: Like everyone said, there's no way Pride is going to risk an all BTT/ Chuteboxe final)
Arona vs. Overeem (ADCC connection)

There are a couple of things to consider here:
#1) Rogerio has already beaten three of these guys: Overeem, Sak, & Nak (twice). There really isn't much point in having simply another rematch with them.
That means that Rogerio has to fight either Igor, Shogun, Silva
#2)Sak has already faught Rogerio and Igor, furthermore he will get seriously hurt if put against Silva or Rua - that should not happen. Which leaves either Alistair or Nakamura, leaving Nakamura with a higher probability due to the fact that it will ensure a Japanese fighter (possibly even Sakuraba-wow) for the finals. So Sakuraba vs Nak should be locked in.
#3) Ice Cold is back and he means business, his ground game has improved tremendously, and he will bang up Overeem badly if it stays on the feet. So that leaves Igor vs Silva, Shogun, Rogerio, Arona
#4)BTT and ChuteBoxe should not fight in this next round.
(i.e. No BTT vs BTT and no Chute vs Chute)
---
So anyway I look at it, Overeem is the weak link in this chain, and will offer one of these guys a trip to the third round, so they just might throw Silva at him to ensure that the champ makes it to the final round.
Thus we have:
----------
Sak vs Nak
Silva vs Overeem
--locked--
and
there's: Igor, Shogun, Rogerio, Arona remaining. And as long as Rogerio and Arona do not fight. We can mix these four in two possible matchups
Shogun vs Rogerio........or...........Shogun vs Arona
Arona vs Igor.............................Rogerio vs Igor
So that's it. That's my preference

#4)BTT and ChuteBoxe should not fight in this next round.
This is the point i disagree with you on.
I think the last thing Pride wants is a BTT/Chuteboxe final four which is why I think Pride will put together at least one BTT vs. Chuteboxe in the second round.
Also, i think they're going to try and give Nakamura an opponent most suited to his style to try and push him through to the next round... Though your Sak vs. Nak makes a lot of sense to as a main event.

Nakamura vs. Sakuraba (Guarentees A Japanese Fighter In The Semis)
Igor vs. Arona (Is Gonna Test Both Fighters In A Good Way)
Shogun vs. Nogueira (They Are Gonna Want To Eliminate At Least One Brazilian)
Silva vs. Overeem (Easiest Fight For The Champion Besides Saku)

Do you really think that Nakamura is tougher than Saku?

Well, I'm A Huge Saku Fan But In This Point In His Career I Would Have To Say Yes. Nakamura Has A Pretty Good Chin And I Think His Style Could Frustrate Silva More Then Saku Can At This Point.

I wrote it poorly. What I meant to say is that teammates of the same team should not fight between each other just yet.
I already set up 1 possible Chute vs BTT match & if Igor dispatches whoever they put infornt of him, according to my scheme everyone should be happy
