Most of us here know, or know of each other from one site or another, but I doubt many of you will have come across Jodi before. Hence, a bit of background info on her.

She is a certified PT/nutritional expert that has both competed herself (and is currently preparing for two bodybuilding shows early next year), and has helped prepare many others that have competed in bodybuilding/fitness/figure shows as well. She is quite well known amoung the bodybuilding/fitness sites and has been a moderator of several over the years I have known her.

She is currently a mod at two of the better sites where she helps out those wanting to cut weight, or bulk up, the right way. What I`m saying is she has quite a long, and proven track record.

She has kindly agreed to help out here with any questions related to her field, so I hope you all feel confident in asking your questions; and make her feel welcome.

Excellent oYo, I've dabbled with that scene whil I was at University and had the spare time to train, my downfall was enjoying food too much to ever cut-up.

Well come Jodi!!!!

Hi guys :)

Sorry I don't come here as often as I should and I apologize :(

Please if you need a question answered and you don't see me on the board send me a PM and it will email me. I apologize again.

Razor - I moderate on a few bodybuilding websites :) Different type of training than here but when it comes to nutrition, it's all the same. For supplements I recommend the basics, Whey Protein, Fish Oil, Flax Oil, Multi-Vitamin, Multi-Mineral and Cal/Mag.
