What do you guys take, and which ones taste the best?

I`m looking for a change from Optimum Whey Double Choc.

Since I'm a cheap bugger I usually take some no-name stuff. I tried Whey products but since I didn't realize any benefit as opposed to "normal" protein products I stick to these.
The Multipower whey drinks they serve at my gym taste great though-wouldn't afford it all the time but definetly better than my vanilla flavoured stuff (tastes more like old newspaper drenched in milk).

This is a european firm, if you live in the US you probably won't get it. Friends of mine are into Weider but it's too expensive for me. Maybe that helps :).

I actually still have a stock of whey concentrate by BSL but they no longer sell protein. Once I run out I'll probably be going to All the whey because it looks to be the best for the money and I hear the flavors are decent.

Black Star Labs. They use to be a distributor and they made their own protein.

If you want something that tastes good I'd recommend EAS protein shakes.

I like their Orange Tange one with half a scoop of Optimum 100% Whey Chocolate....gives it a nice Jaffa flavour.

It has been awhile since I bought them though....aren't they mainly whey rather than a true MRP??

Myoplex never did much for me.

Lebrada's range was good...particularly their Peanut Butter one. A slight chalky taste to it, but better than most

I cant STAND that MRP called AMP60 or something similar...shit, I forgot the companies name...very famous though. It makes me dry-reach every time I try to drink it.

Great taste and has worked really well for me.
Downside is that it's expensive ($120us 2kg).
I chose this because most of the chocolate flavored one's here taste like cocoa.

Optimum Whey. Yuo should get doubkle the amount for the same price there inclusing shipping...and it tastes great too.

Met-Rx sucks too, it tastes like liquid cardboard and costs like 100 dollars for a can.

Whey3 by Fast Nutrition. I think they only have it here in Finland and maybe Sweden. It`s not expensive., and they have it at my local supermarket.

I use Ultimate Nutition Prostar Whey protein and they are pretty good and not expensive.
But then again I don`t have anything to compare it with because they are my first!

Whey 80 chocklate... shake with a "light" milk and it tastes like a McD shake.

I agree with Baggen, Whey 80 is really good and tastes nice if you want a fast protein. They also have a good slow protein called Milk 90.
