According to the official website:
Shinya Aoki vs. Todd Moore (http://www.sherdog.com/fighter/Todd-Moore-14918)

It looks like Kawajiri will be hosting a series of events to help the growth of MMA in Japan(from what I can tell using an online web translator). Is it just me, or is Kawajiri not the most suitable guy? I've always had the impression that he was one of those fighters who excel in the ring but aren't nearly as popular (a la Matt Lindland, Jake Shields, etc.)

Kawajiri has far more female fans than the Lindland's in the world ever hope, though. ;)
Anyway, it's just the kind of stuff that he wanted to do, and in fact I think he is good at the job. Certainly better than the likes of Gomi, who is the type of a guy who can communicate well with kids but not so well with adults, and Aoki, who is just too, for the lack of better words, "childish" in a typically male Oedipus complex sort of way. Kawajiri is an ordinary guy with common sense who knows how to behave and doesn't "try too hard" in order to impress people.
He isn't great as a media attraction, but should be solid for that kind of ground work, just like TK is.

So this was organized by Kawajiri himself and not FEG? It's nice to see him having a proactive attitude instead of just waiting and hoping for things to take a turn for the better (not blaming other fighters, just impressed with what Kawajiri is doing).
PS - maybe Lindland was a bit of a stretch... :D

yeah, I think Kawajiri fits for something like that. Ishida, Tokoro are too shy. I could maybe see Uno fit for it too.

uno used to produce the contenders shows
anyway aoki says dream loves him and he loves dream i think it feel so manufactured the way they are trying to push the ppl that remained loyal.
they want him to be the ace or whatever it should happen more naturally
