Frankie, perhaps the main reason Musashi managed to make it as far as he did last year after just a couple of weeks, is once again training him for this GP. He also helped train TOMO for his recent fight in TITANS, in which he won a JD and scored a nice knockdown in the first round.

Yes, Musashi is one of those guys who have capacities to do very well, but somehow is always limiting themselves in the ring, I don't know if it's lack of self-confidence or pure lack of inspiration... In 2003 GP he was indeed very different, he tried much more attacks and was overall much more agressive and hungry. He's a very good fighter, and I hope he does well in his fight with Sefo, even though I don't really believe he can out-score Ray, even if he manages to not get KOed.

Good news, so this time he will spend even more time training with him, right?
As much as I would like to see Sefo take a GP I will root for Musashi this time around. He really made a spirited effort last GP.
Go fishy-lips! :)

Musashi has far surpassed Satake IMO, and while I really do wish him the best, I`ll be rooting for Sefo to take the title home this year.

Just over double the time, plus a couple of weeks together prior to the Eliminations.

That said, Ray is in the best shape he has been for a long time. While I`m glad Musashi is actually being a great representative for Japan, my money is on Ray.

Just a FYI

In this video http://forum.kakutougi.info/showthread.php?t=116 Tanikawa mentions Musashi think this year is the year for him to go all the way.
