I wanted to ask for some advice on how to gain weight quickly.
Im currently 72 kg and im not happy with it because it doesent suit my frame (6'2). My goal right now is to get to 80kg.
At the moment im trying my best to eat alot. However I cant break past 72kg!! I havent been 73kg once this year. Ive been told to stop training if I want to gain weight, but thats not an option. I train 5 times a week and I believe that is making it increasingly difficult to gain some weight.
What are some good dieting tips and foods I can focuse on if I wish to gain weight while style being able to train?
Thanks for help.

Well im about 6'1, 93kg. I used to be 81kgabout 5 months ago. I ate a lot of peanuts, peanut butter/jelly and tuna sandwhiches , and eggs. There is a lot of protein in all those foods. You gotta jog a lot to get rid of the fat but keep the protein. I also drank a lot of protein shakes. Instead of eating 3 big meals a day...Try eating 5 smaller meals...It worked for me.
Everyone is different though. So you never know. Im sure others here got somethin else thats workin for them.

Few years I went for a 2 months trip in North America.
I took more than 6kg, doing nothing specially.
Oh.. 6kg of pure fat of course...

Not stop training. Just start eating more portein. At least I guess so. Eat protein and lift heavy weights. Work out the legs and the back-muscles with heavy weights cause they are big muscle-groups and weigh a bit. That's my take on it ... now I'll sit back and wait for Jodi to arrive with a more correct answer for you. :-)

Man.. If I ate like that (especially late at night) I would resemble Akebono!
You must have one hell of a fast metabolism!

Buddy, you need some serious protein in there. Processed hotdog meat will gain you nothing by runny shit and a gut.

Meal one - 8:30AM: Sandwiches/Cereal
What is in the sandwich? You need some eggs or lean meats here
Meal Two - 11 AM: Primo ( 300 Ml Milk drink with 11.2 grams of protein)
Add some more protein
Meal Three - 12:50 PM: Pie, Hotdog or Beef Birger usually
Pie? LOL ok. Hot Dogs are just NASTY - add some green veggies and maybe some potato or rice
Meal Four - 3:20 PM: 2 Hotdogs or a bowl of noodles with an egg
More hotdogs? You should really fine some better quality protein such as lean beef, chicken or fish, tuna
TRAINING
Meal Five - 7:30-8:00 PM: Dinner, usually some steak/spaghetti or other wholesome meal my mum makes.
This is good but your diet is lacking vegetable
Meal Six - 10:30 PM: Bowl of noddles with egg or hotdogs.
Please consider getting rid of some of those hotdogs. Get some cottage cheese and add some peanut butter to make a tasty late night meal
Before bed time at 12 AM: Glass of Milk
I made some comments in bold. :)

Thanks Jodi :)
Since then I have changed my diet a little, I now eat a big bowl of oatmeal everyday and im cutting down on the hot dogs and adding more vegies.
Just a question about protein, my training involves lots of running and cardio and I dont do very much weight lifting, does protein still help me to gain weight and muscle from this exercise? I might start increasing how much weights I do because I have some at home, if its advisable.
Thanks.

Protein is the building blocks of muscle. You do need quality protein to grow :)
